Give a shout-out to the management team! Brodard has been improving their food qualities and also on the service side. We were very impressed, and we will definitely come back and visit often. They also served pastries and lots of dessert to choose from.

Solid Vietnamese spot in the little Saigon area. The restaurant is huge! Despite that, there’s still generally a wait here, so I recommend getting there early and putting your name down! Service was relatively fast but a bit tough to flag down your waiter at times because it’s so hustle bustle inside.

I mainly come here for their huge selection of rolls. I usually order the Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, Rib Eye Spring Rolls, Eggplant Tempura Rolls, and the regular Egg Rolls. The dipping sauces are delicious. The rolls alone should fill you up. Everything comes out hot and fresh. The drinks are great. The restaurant is huge so even if it looks packed, you usually don’t have to wait very long. Plenty of parking.

Bussin! So great. My party has 11 people and we were seated quickly. Food was awesome, I ordered the wonton soup, it came with a good amount of noodles and wontons. Quick to be seated, a fair job when served.

If I lived closer I would come here on a regular basis. Full of flavor and really healthy portions. Reminded me of the food that I had in Vietnam. The grilled pork spring rolls are a must— super unique and delicious. The bbq pork in the bun cha was cooked perfectly and the cha ca was also very good (minus the sauce, could’ve done without). Overall it’s a solid restaurant and I’d want to try more of their dishes.

Brodard is a bustling Vietnamese restaurant in the Fountain Valley area. The restaurant totally blew away what I was expecting. The space is huge, and the number of patrons that came to eat there seemed endless. Definitely try to get a reservation in advance, or sit at the bar if there is open seating available. The food tastes familiar, but it’s cleaner and brighter in flavor to what I am used to. The broken rice dish was phenomenal. Spring rolls were on point. The flavors were a perfect mix of sweet but vibrant. Make a stop if you are in the area, try everything. Especially the Chè Thái before you go, you won’t leave disappointed.

It was our first trip to California together. This restaurant was a recommendation by a good friend. We each tried a duck bun, shared a fresh spring roll appetizer, tried their sausage fried spring rolls, and dinner was their Deluxe Brodard Broken Rice | Com Tam Bi, Cha, Tau Hu Ky, Suon Nuong Or Thit Nuong Or Ga Nuong. Everything was delicious and cannot wait to go back again soon!
