The food is good. Not travel from far away for the food good, but if you love around here this should be a few times a month spot at the minimum for you. Trivia on Tuesdays from 7-9pm. Free to play can win $ gift cards to Broadway. It’s fun and family friendly.

We visited Broadway Pizza Saturday night – we visit regularly but won’t be coming back. We arrived and the restaurant was NOT busy at all – our table and maybe one or two booths that arrived after we did. We placed our order (2 salads, 2 small pizzas, 1 stromboli and 4 kids meals – all simple pasta dishes. After about 20 minutes , the two salads were delivered to the table, 5 minutes after that the pizzas and calzones came out, then nothing. Another ten minutes went by and the waitress can by and said the kids meals would be coming out shortly as the kitchen was backed up- not sure how when they were dead. After 5 more minutes I walked to the counter and asked how much longer as children dont understand why everyone else is eating and their food still hasn’t come….our waitress who was standing there talking to two other waitresses said the cook is frustrated and he quit responding to me. I asked for a manger to come to the table – when the cook /manager comes to the table he asks what do we want? seriously? all he could say was another cook just arrived and could give no explanation as to why 4 simple kids pasta dishes still haven’t come out and just walks away. The kids pastas then come out after another 5 minutes one at a time every 2-3 minutes. No one ever offered any more explanations, no offer for a credit/comp, nothing. If the staff and ownership keep this up they wont be around much longer – maybe ownership isn’t aware or just does t care of what goes on at this location – very disappointing – you have lost a repeat customer.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the customer service at this establishment, particularly with the employee named Shawna, whose conduct was utterly unacceptable. Today, when I attempted to place an order for a supreme pizza, she claimed ignorance of the item—suggesting it might be referred to as a “deluxe”—and proceeded to speak to me in a condescending manner. This lack of basic knowledge and poor attitude is inexcusable.
My frustration is compounded by a prior incident on the day before Thanksgiving, where my order was mishandled twice due to a flawed system that fails to properly process half-and-half topping requests, resulting in incorrect tickets. I endured a two-hour wait for my pizza. While the management did rectify the error by providing both pizzas free of charge and issuing a $10 credit, this does not excuse the ongoing incompetence.
Today, I intended to redeem that credit, but Shawna handled the order with blatant rudeness and passive-aggressiveness, failing even to confirm the details accurately. When I called back to cancel, she abruptly hung up without a word. Such unprofessional behavior is intolerable and has permanently lost you a customer. It is regrettable, as the quality of the pizza itself is commendable, but no product justifies this level of disrespect. I strongly advise immediate training or corrective action to prevent further damage to your reputation.

We had a fantastic family meal at Broadway Pizzeria. We enjoyed all the food, the fresh bread, calamari, meatball sub, Romano chicken and pasta. I love that there were plenty of choices for the kids menus and the chicken tenders here are the best in town! Everything came in large portions so we had plenty of extras to take home. Make sure to save room for dessert. The zeppolis were made fresh in house and were the best I’ve ever had! The service was great and friendly. We can’t wait to come back and try the pizza next time.

We went here Sunday night. First I ordered Alfredo with our fried ravioli and it was so separated it was yellow and looked like butter. Next we ordered a Chef salad without olives. Well that didn’t happen but we picked them out and ate it anyway. After those 2 things we should of left. But being we were so hungry and it was getting late we stayed anyway. It was so quiet you could hear the guy in the kitchen complaining he was working 3 stations. And then one of the waitress was trying to explain why the manager only discounted part of the check. Upon the third time coming back to the same table trying to satisfy an 8 top. I was wondering why the manager never came by. And then my girlfriend told me he was sitting at the counter eating the whole time. We then received our pizza and stromboli. The stromboli was covered in butter and beyond greasy. It was stacks of pepperoni not even separated. We would’ve sent it back immediately but our server was busy cleaning. And again the manager was still eating. Being we were hungry we tried to eat it but after the second bite my stomach couldn’t handle anymore. So we put the rest back on the pizza pan. We each had one slice of pizza. And when our server finally had a chance to come by we asked for a box for the pizza and sent back the stromboli. Upon receiving the check she said the manager took 50 percent off the stromboli and the Alfredo was still on the check. We didn’t even eat half. The server knew that was wrong and paid for the Alfredo herself. I can’t believe the manager just like with the 8 top sends his servers to do his job. He went and hid in the kitchen instead of doing his job. I manage an Italian restaurant and I know how much food cost. It would have been cheaper to do the right thing. Even by the look on our server’s face she even knew it wasn’t right. We’ve been here several times before but after this never again. People always remember how you recover from a situation. In this case the manager made it worse. I’ve been in the business a long time and and if this was my manager I would be embarrassed. Judging by some of the reviews it seems to be his way of taking care of things. They would make more money firing him and charging him for everything we saw him sit there and eat.

The food is very good. The menu is very interesting.
The service was adequate. The server was very nice. Be aware, this is not a family restaurant. This is a pub sports restaurant it does not have a cozy, warm family restaurant vive. It is intended for 20 somethings. You wanna go drink and have a pizza?That’s unfortunate.Because the food is better than that the worst part of this experience was the restroom. It is totally inadequate to the facility. And it was absolutely disgusting. If the health department has seen it, the restaurant would be shut down.

On Dec 30th about noon we went to the Restaurant & ordered a large Pizza, a Pasta meal and a Chicken Parmesan Sub and waited in the car for it to get ready, paid the $55 and went home 10 minutes away. Opened up the bag and there was NO Chicken Parmesan Sub all we got was an over baked pizza, the pasta with a bite size turkey sandwich that I guess went with the pasta meal; absolutely NO Chicken Parmesan Sub, so I called and the young lady was nice at first and then she either spoke to someone to check and started saying I am wrong and insisted we got it. I am upset yes you bet, at first I was upset that I didn’t get the Chicken Parmesan Sub that I had a hankering for; but then I got upset that I paid $55 for the for that I received and still upset; they made a mistake and didn’t put it order, must have put in someone elses and not only did they ruin my lunch, they cheated me whether intentional or not; very poor business people. I can assure you I lost aot more money in my lifetime and will survive. I can forgive the occasional overbaked pizza; but because of the way I/we were treated I guarantee whenever we want Italian food (which is quite often) it sure won’t come from there.
