My husbands review is far too nice in my opinion so here we are.
This place is a joke, the cheese pizza he ordered our kids looked like a store bought frozen pizza, chuck-e-cheese could do better.
We were also delivered only one of 2 “chefs salads”, it was iceberg lettuce, TONS of croutons and olives, ZERO turkey. So my husband calls back, they say they’re sending over the missing salad, and will be sending turkey on the side for the other salad we received.
Now it’s 10:15, we haven’t eaten because we received two salads that were iceberg lettuce, veggies and about 2lbs of cheese in tiny pans and NO TURKEY.
You cannot convince me that this place isn’t a front for something else because it definitely isn’t a legit restaurant. Our own fault for ordering from a place called “Broadway New York Pizza and Seafood”, this is the “Los Pollos Hermanos” of Orlando Florida. Somebody call Gus Fring in because this place needs better management.
How about a refund for all of the wasted time and the fact that neither of us has eaten dinner tonight?

Manager left reply saying we should call the back to make things right and appears they’ve now deleted that response form both my review and my husbands.
Is there a reason you deleted your response? Please see the attached photo. You have my husbands name, Michael Bever, you know the date and time of the order and you have our card information. If you claim you care about customer service then issue a full refund, if not I will reach out to the BBB because this is unacceptable.

Came in late after Epic Universe, this place had food that hit the spot and the staff were welcoming. Food is great and the cheesecake is amazing. Definitely would come back again!

The food was delicious. We had the NY Style pizza, the Philly Cheesesteak, Cheesy Garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, and (I assume) the owner brought us cheesecake samples. The atmosphere was very quiet. Random clips of Family Feud were playing. Overall, my family and I enjoyed ourselves and we would go back.

Great pizza and excellent service! The pizzas are very tasty and the sizes are generous. It took a bit longer than expected for the pizza to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Don’t! Just don’t! The gentleman behind the counter could not speak English nor understand my order of medium pepperoni with extra cheese. He had to ask someone to come up to even understand the size I was telling him. Wanted an antipasto salad which was on the menu but he kept saying no. I said ok, give me the chef salad. Pizza took over a half hour, looked like they had one oven going. Tasted like a frozen pizza at best. Had to go back up and ask for the $10 chef salad I ordered and gentleman just held up a finger. I’m assuming it meant wait. Another nine minutes and he brought a bowl of lettuce with one green pepper ring, one red onion ring, five olives and a little cheese. Asked for salad dressing and he eventually brought out a small cup of what I am assuming was ranch. Witnessed several people who ordered carry out come in and have to wait only to be given the wrong thing.
I don’t mind a hole in the wall but the place needed desperate repair. Restrooms were filthy and trash piled up on all available tables
$38 wasted. Just don’t!

Ordered chefs salad. Did not get chefs salad, called store to ask they deliver the chefs salad, they once again redelivered the wrong salad. There wasn’t turkey in it, it was in a tiny pie tin like it was a side salad. I can’t speak to their pizza. The high reviews did not align at all with my experience 2X over.

This is a truly 5 star restaurant. The pizza taste and smell like New York pizza. The wings buffalo and lemon pepper were sooooo good. The flavor and the crunchiness of the wings were outstanding. Definitely will come back soon!

BBQ Chicken pizza was really good. The staff was nice and even offered us the tv remote to put on anything. So we put on tomorrow land and made it a party lol.
