Came here for a quick lunch and really loved this place— reminded me of my dads diner. Great food, low key, no posh frill. Our waitress (carol) was efficient, on the ball, and made the experience effortless.

Been coming here for years and the breakfast is always superb. However, on this occasion I tried the fish and chips. The portion size was very good but the taste of the fish was flat and unremarkable despite the 1 lemon wedge it’s served with. I really enjoyed their tartare sauce which enhanced the fries.

Broadway Diner is a friendly, independent diner on Hamilton’s mountain. There is a variety of all-day menu options, including breakfast staples. On our visit, the servers were very friendly and attentive, and the service quite prompt. We would visit again.

Been coming here for years and the food and portions are fantastic. The sudden drop in service is absolutely awful. Our waitress was mildly attentive at first, but then completely ignored our table once our food was served. She came by after 20 minutes and I asked for a water, which she completely forgot about for another 20 minutes. When I asked her about it she said that she was no longer our server and pointed to another waitress at the other side of the restaurant. Guess what. That other waitress never came to our table, I never got my water, and our original waitress went back to ignoring our table. When we finally flagged our original ‘waitress’ down, she didn’t remember our orders and we had to review all of our meals before getting our bills. Don’t ignore your customers and then lie to them!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We haven’t been here for a while, the food and the portions we’re decent. However, the service was horrible our waitress took 20 minutes to bring us our drinks, my teacup was dirty with red lipstick on it, I don’t wear lipstick. the food arrived 45 minutes after we ordered it. I asked for extra napkins twice before she finally got them for us. When we finished eating we had to flag down our waitress, who we felt was ignoring us, to get the bill. The dirty looks the waitress flashed us with every time she walked by the table is the reason we will not be returning. This used to be a great place to go. Not so friendly anymore.

Good portion of the pancake for kids. $1 for 2 piece of bacon.. salad is fresh. Skillet breakfast was a bit disappointed and was okay. The seat was pretty tight together.

Great place, first time here and I hope to return. The food is delicious, with good portions and great flavor. The place is very clean and pleasant. The waitress who served us was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.
