Love of incredible pizza with a delicious beer is universal. But, how do you stand apart from the competition, big and small? Simple: just add fire. Slinging wood fired fare since 1998, Brixx serves gourmet pizzas and wings, fresh salads, sandwiches and pastas; accompanied by a full bar with 24 craft drafts, 14 wines by the glass and custom cocktails. Our traditional and whole wheat dough, hummus, fresh mozzarella, wood-roasted chicken, salad dressings and more are scratchmade in-house. We give back to the community through Brixx Buxx events and beyond. When our neighbors need a hand, we’re there to help. That’s something Managing Partners Eric, Jeff and Barbara have insisted on from jump. We do more than make pizza – we craft connections.

My wife and I visited for the first time back in August, and it quickly became one of our favorite spots! The menu has a great variety — the pizzas are outstanding, and the appetizers are amazing. Our favorite was the cheesy bread appetizer, and we also loved the wide selection of drinks.
The service was just as impressive as the food — Chioki J. provided outstanding service and really made our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to all our friends!

Really liked their pizzas! They have a diverse menu with a lot of options but there is no going wrong with their pizzas. I would just keep in mind if you are going with a bigger group, to reserve ahead and get a good siting, besides that really recommend!

We love the fired pizza here. They only make one size, and it’s perfect for two people. Plus, they’ve got tons of toppings, so everyone can find something they like.
The service here is great. We were seated immediately when we arrive even though we had a large party. The server here excellent, she was patient with the kids and got the large order out in a timely manner. All the pizzas were hot and fresh. Thanks, to the cook who cooked and made our orders correctly.

I’m visiting from Florida and found Brixx pizza on a google search. My pizza was great, flavorful, the crust had perfect consistency; between soft & crisp. The peppery kick combined with the citrus from the lemon was spot-on and balanced really well.

I don’t usually write these kinds of reviews, but it’s unbelievable that they sent me a burnt pizza, practically charred. It was completely inedible; the crust was so toasted and cold it was disgusting. It’s a shame because I love this place, but they should definitely take note.

I’ve been twice now and both times have been good. We’ve had great waiters both times. Today our waiter was extremely helpful and kind. I had the Hawaiian pizza and that was amazing. Even my daughter enjoyed it and she says pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza, lol. Definitely will be bringing the family back again.

Pizza tasted delicious. We ordered pear gorgonzola, Greek and mushroom arugula. It took a long time to come. The oven was having issues so they gave us half off discount. Unfortunate because the pizza tasted good

First time eating at Brixx. It was busy when we arrived (6-7pm). We were able to be seated right away at a high top table by the door/bar. It was a little noisy there, but upon walking to the restroom, we noticed how quiet it is in the back of the room. So we may opt to wait for a regular table next time. We enjoyed both our pizzas! Hubby got the 4 meat and I got the GF cauliflower crust for the Brixx Club pizza (I omitted the arugula and changed the tomatoes to the fire roasted tomato). Our Server was excellent (A. Smalls). Definitely would choose Brixx pizza again.

Pleasantly surprised by the food and service here…both were great! Meatballs were super tender and good flavor, wings were tasty and quality meat, and the pizza was classicly delicious.
