Love of incredible pizza with a delicious beer is universal. But, how do you stand apart from the competition, big and small? Simple: just add fire. Slinging wood fired fare since 1998, Brixx serves gourmet pizzas and wings, fresh salads, sandwiches and pastas; accompanied by a full bar with 24 craft drafts, 14 wines by the glass and custom cocktails. Our traditional and whole wheat dough, hummus, fresh mozzarella, wood-roasted chicken, salad dressings and more are scratchmade in-house. We give back to the community through Brixx Buxx events and beyond. When our neighbors need a hand, we’re there to help. That’s something Managing Partners Eric, Jeff and Barbara have insisted on from jump. We do more than make pizza – we craft connections.
Part of a chain featuring pizza from a wood-fired brick oven, plus sandwiches & craft beers.

From 1-10 the pizza is 5.
Every 2 minutes someone passed by me to ask me if everything is ok while we were eating which is a bit inappropriate with food in your mouth how could you answer them.
It’s clear that it’s just to be polite but still it’s a lot of time to walk around the room and keep asking every 2 minutes if everything is ok.
I had barely finished the pizza the next minute he already came to throw the bill on my table and warn me “when I’m ready ” witch is, a clear sign from me that you should leave!!!
Otherwise, the restaurant is clean, nice and has a good atmosphere in that excellent area.
The personal was friendly.
Next time, i will try different one maybe it’s will be better!
Infact the pizza was so good for this price point that I may slowly transition out of chain pizzerias like Papa Johns and Dominos in favor of Brixx. Wonderful value for money!
As far as the food itself…tasteless. See picture of my chicken Alfredo. Where is the bacon crumbles that should be in there. I asked for no mushrooms so they got that right. Where is the seasoning, seriously?? I took two bites and was disgusted not only by the smell but also the lack of flavor. The chicken smelled like canned chicken. The cheese/sauce was so thick and chunky I can’t even call it a sauce.
I also ordered two pizzas. The basic pepperoni and the white pizza. Pepperoni was decent this time but the white pizza was so soggy the crust towards the center of the pizza was stuck to the box and falling apart. Also lacked flavor!
I really have no idea how restaurants like this stay open.
