We eat here 1-2 times a month:
Let me start by saying we LOVE Brixx, the food. Always excellent, you know what you are getting and how good it’s going to be! However, the wait staff and hostess always seem to be (literally) walking and talking at sloths pace. We know to always order 2 of our drinks at a time and food when we order drinks because it will be 30 mins before you even see your waiter again and this is when there is only 4-8 tables sat in the whole place, and 4 waiters! **If you want ranch… order with your drinks/meal.
It’s either the waitresses staff will all be missing for a long time or will just be standing around/ sitting at the table in the corner hanging out, or even sitting there eating food from home in Tupperware or other food places, which by all means eat, but that should be done in the break room.
Again we LOVE the food here and the location is beautiful, semi upscale… but that service could use some work!

This is in the Stonebridge Shopping Center so plenty of parking around.
They had a note saying they had $5 local drafts but that only applies to Tuesdays (not indicated on the board). My friend and I came here on a Wednesday night and didn’t have any issues with being seated. I like that you can get 1/2 & 1/2 pizzas so you can try 2 different ones.
Service was overall ok, she came back to verify the order and didn’t really check on us during our meal, had to wait awhile to get a water refill which also took awhile as she seemed to be socializing with the other staff.
I ordered 1/2 Spicy Shrimp & 1/2 Sweet Thai Chicken. The spicy shrimp was pretty good and has a good kick. The Sweet Thai Chicken, while good wouldn’t strike me as a Thai Chicken pizza.
My friend ordered 1/2 Rustico & 1/2 Sausage + Spicy Honey. I think the Sausage was my favorite and while it was more sweet than spicy, it had great flavor.
Overall, pretty good pizza and I’d like to try their other pizza and food but not the best service.

Ate here for the first time today. It was busy since it was Friday night but we got a seat right away. Ordered the chips and humus. It was delicious although it seemed more like spinach dip to me. We all three got pizzas. I got the 4×4, my wife the Hawaiian, and my son the buffalo chicken. I also got the Arnie tea to drink which was made with homemade lemonade. It was awesome. All of the pizzas were delicious. The service was great. Our food took a while to come out and my wife’s came out even later. The server came by and said the food took too long so she automatically gave us our appetizer and my wife’s pizza for free. We didn’t even ask for a discount. So we were pleasantly surprised. Overall I would totally recommend this place. They had their own beer with funny names. We didn’t try any but next time we plan on trying some of them.

I want to start off by saying that our server Maddy was wonderful. She explained their menu and was very cheerful the entire time. She knows her stuff, and I applaud her efforts to keep the customers happy.
The kitchen manager Mike was also very friendly and understanding. Mike, if you read this review, thank you for listening to our concerns. I promise that this is an honest and fair review.
The atmosphere was nice but a little bit rowdy from the bar patrons on baseball opening day enjoying the games on the big screens. But not burdensome either.
Now, on to the reason anyone looks at a review, the food. We ordered a Margherita pizza and the 4×4 along with the bruschetta for our appetizer. The bruschetta was okay. It gets marks off because whoever prepared it absolutely covered it with balsamic vinegar on top. You will see in the picture. They crisscross drizzled the entire plate.
Then there was the Margherita pizza. The mozzarella they use has no real flavor. The manager recommended that next time we try it with light mozzarella. My wife thought it would have pizza sauce and they corrected her pizza to have sauce, but that didn’t fix the pizza. It was bland. My guess is that the mozzarella washes out the savory flavors. The sauce itself is really just above marinara. It needs more herbs and garlic in it.
Next was the 4×4. A pizza to me is cheese, meat, sauce, and crust. Brixx decided that this one should be cheese, meat, olive oil, and crust. That’s not a pizza to me. That is foccacia bread at that point. And with how savory the meats and cheeses are, the tangy pizza sauce would be the complement it needs.
Their root beer is amazing! I suggest trying that. It tastes like old-fashioned IBC but better!
In conclusion, the wait staff was awesome, the atmosphere was good, the food was lacking, but the root beer was amazing.

Fuct Population
Service is really slow, had us sitting around wondering where our drinks are while staff chat with each other and sit on their phones behind the bar. Our server Brittany was respectful but also over-worked thanks to her co-workers who seemed to be more focused on socializing with each rather than doing table rounds. If you plan on visiting be prepared to wait around a while
(15-20 mins just for a lemonade refill).
We Won’t be coming back, If i was the owner i’d want to know the staff aren’t performing the best of their abilities.
With two bar tenders you wouldn’t think the beverages would take 20 minutes to come out. The food, on the other hand was tasty and pizza’s are decent. Would recommend take-away.

Brixx is my Dad and my favorite place to eat in Woodbridge. We often stop in after his football games on Saturday. The manager, Roxanne always makes sure we get a great seat to watch college football.
The crowd is always friendly which makes for a great college game day.
We are consistently amazed at how quickly we are served. The bartenders, servers and managers are top notch. They will welcome you like an old friend that they’ve been dying to see. The pizzas are great. Pretty sure we have tried them all, and you really can’t go wrong. They are all really good with more than a few that we call great!
If you want friendly, prompt service, great food and drinks. I highly recommend Brixx!

Food was fine, pizza was not my preference my husband loved his Thai pizza. The place itself is nice but when you sit down you notice how dirty it is, it smells of dirty dishes in there. Staff all seemed to be eating while working?! Bar tender taking bites in between serving drinks. A group of them all congregated in the corner chomped down some chicken wings. Watched a server quickly finish a wing, wipe his hands on his pants to rush over and serve guests also offering shredded cheese with his greasy chicken hands I have never seen such a thing. Staff were having the best time as well and were louder than the patrons. Let’s just say I Prayed extra hard over my food today

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and my experience is always 10/10. They’ve hosted many of my birthdays and classmate reunions and it’s only of my favorite pizza places.
I haven’t left a review before but today left me eternally grateful for the experience I had. I want to thank Ty for making my visit with the kids one to remember and they’re still talking about it and we’ve been home for a few hours.

Had an awesome experience at Brixx Wood Fire Pizza! The service was amazing — super friendly and fast. The food was delicious, everything came out hot and fresh. We had the Garlic-Rosemary wings!! So Good!! The pizza had that perfect wood-fired flavor and crispy crust. You can tell they really care about what they serve. Definitely one of my new favorite spots!
