Really nice atmosphere, but that is where the positive of this place ends. We didn’t drink alcohol, but the bar area looked nice and there is a VIP room. If you’re out for drinks, this place would probably be nice and your experience would be better than ours. We stopped for the food and unfortunately it was less than average. The wait time for the appetizer was 30 minutes (there were only a couple others also dining at that time) and our server wasn’t very friendly. He wasn’t rude by any means, he just didn’t seem to care much that we were there and rarely checked in. While waiting for him to return, we would see several staff just standing around talking. Food came out warm instead of hot, and the bun of my sandwich was so soggy it fell apart and I couldn’t pick it up. Salmon was super dry on my husband’s plate. The presentation was nice, but quality was not. We wouldn’t come back.

Food is AH-mazing! I got the shroom burger and my husband got an original burger. Burgers and sweet potato fries are delish. We also got some drink which they make strong, so yuuummm! And we also shared the kaluah cake. Everything was delicious.. really fun laid back atmosphere.. clean! And has a separate pool table room that looks really fun. Next time we’re in town we will definitely be back!

By far the best restaurant I’ve been to in Trinidad. Burgers are on a whole different level. Probably some of the best I have ever had anywhere. All the food I ate (sides, etc.) was exceptional and better than I would have ever expected without paying at least 1.5x or 2x the cost. Blew me away. I am a huge fan now. Loved the setting and environment as well. Great service. Even the bathrooms were better than expected. I definitely plan on coming back here next time I am in Trinidad.

We were looking for a place for dinner after walking downtown and Brix was recommended by a local police officer. We decided to give it a try. It’s a sports bar so we expected average bar fare with good beer. We were pleasantly surprised by the food. Burgers were quality meat cooked very well, correctly to MR as requested. The street tacos were also very tasty. However, the wonderful green chili stew complimented everything and took it to the next level. The staff was friendly and good and the food came out quickly even though they were very busy. It is a sports bar so it’s pretty loud but food is better than expected.

Came in town from Denver and tried this place out from a recommendation from our hotel on a Thursday night. Overall a great experience! The hostess was polite and the waitress named Tiffany was top notch. She was quick and very friendly. The prices were what I expect from a small town. Food was delicious. I got the burger with an on egg it and a side of green chili. Looks to be about the only modernized place in town. I recommend.

Stopped in Trinidad on the way home and spent a few hours at Brix. The setup is good, especially the big open window. Our bartender was very nice and helpful. Food was really good and plentiful. The Broncos game was on, and the whole staff made it a fun, interactive experience. Will make it a point to come back when we’re next in the area.

Amazing wings and great burgers. The place has a great feel to it. It’s the perfect environment for any kind of customer whether your with a family or with your friends. Food was great, service was great, prices were great, and the owner came and sat down to talk to us for a bit. Hey, I even got to see the Crimson Tide wipe out Ol’ Miss. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.
