Hailey the bartend r was fun and a great bartender. She makes an excellent whiskey sour and old fashioned.
The pizza is outstanding. We had the PO (?) and the JJL pizzas. Both were delicious with a nice thin and crisp crust. The toppings were perfect and delivered quickly to our seats.
The crowd all seemed to be repeat customers and were friendly.
I will definitely return.

We went for the first time tonight. They have a fun cozy atmosphere. I ordered the Twisted Hawaiian Pizza and my husband ordered the BC Burger (both absolutely delicious). We had a great time and a delicious meal!

What a great little gem for our downtown. The drink recommendations were wonderful. The “there she blows” hit all the right notes. Had appetizers that were the right amount of food. Warm and inviting with a great staff.

Flat bread was very good along with the service. They fo have a very good whiskey selection which is always a plus for me. Small cozy place but can get very crowded very easily. Still worth a stop if you’re around the neighborhood.

What a great place. David the bartender is a top-tier mixologist and loves getting creative. Everything aside from spirits that go into their cocktails is homemade. They also have alternatives to alcohol such as kava cocktails, which is not common at all. The food is also well done with fresh brick oven pizzas and other fare. Highly recommend.

A small bar with character. We stopped here on a late Sunday evening originally looking to have dinner not realizing a lot of places close early on Sunday. When we walked in the server informed us they had just shut down the kitchen we were understanding and headed out, we were then found down the street and they asked if we wanted to come back for pizza they would turn the oven back on. Honestly, it’s little things like this that make a business. Just this small gesture was very meaningful and to our surprised the pizzas and cocktails were delicious. To the business owner thank you for caring about your guests and for going above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back soon!

These pizzas are very unique and tasty I cannot give enough kudos to this place. One thing I need to let them know is that they’re far too high class for the napkins that unfortunately they had tonight they were very flimsy and they’re much more than that. Maybe they just did not have the normal supplies.

I love coming in here for dates, drinks, and delicious pizza. Their food menu has tons of variety and everything we’ve had has been served up tasty and fresh. Also several incredible bourbans and lots of high end tequila choices, and they always have at least one sour beer… All my faves!
You can expect without fail great service and friendly vibes. We don’t go out in Martinez all that often, but my boyfriend and I make a point of stopping in here whenever we’re in the neighborhood.

Ok finally made it back after their name change. We were greeted immediately by Stevie – a wonderful mixologist and a fantastic example of a young professional who takes her job seriously. She mixed us up a couple of well-conceived cocktails: 2 Princess Mai Tai & a Soccer Mom Bomb & something wonderful I can’t remember (hmm cocktail memory?) We also had phenomenal, friendly & professional service by Brayden and Cory (B?) of “Plant Mom” fame. There was a nice mix of younger and older locals: straight single, married and gay. This is because the staff & “lease signer” were amazingly friendly and creating an atmosphere where everyone felt welcome. GREAT JOB INDEED. My only suggestions to Brix – install a foot rail at the bar and make the other chairs at the tables more comfortable- this will encourage us to spend more time and money. Lol
