This was our second time visiting Brixs Bistro, and once again, it did not disappoint. Debbie was our server and she was absolutely amazing—on top of everything and so attentive.
This place truly feels like a hidden gem. The food is always outstanding. The short rib was to die for, and the steak is consistently amazing. Even with the busyness of Valentine’s Day, the service and quality never suffered.
Highly recommend—fantastic food, wonderful service, and a great overall experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Brix is honestly one of our favorite restaurants around and definitely one of our go to places when you want to have a nice dinner out just for a good meal or to celebrate a special occasion. We have been here many times, the food is always delicious. The staff is incredible we went to Brix to celebrate our anniversary last Saturday and we had the pleasure of having Tina as our server. She was so incredibly sweet, attentive and she was so helpful and honest about questions we had pertaining to the menu and what we should get. She was so personable and friendly every encounter we had with her, even first walking in the hostess was so welcoming and sweet. The food is phenomenal, incredible definitely fine dinning, we have not had had one dish tha we did not like. The chef is super talented, definitely gives you a meal worth going out for that you wouldn’t be able to make at home which is what we hope for and like to go out to dinner for. So many good choices for food and wine for a great price. We cannot say enough kind words about Brix, we will definitely be back they never fail us, we highly suggest you give it a try.

It’s rare that my wife and I get the chance for a night out, and BRIX Bistro made it memorable from start to finish. The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was fantastic, and Karla went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of.

We visited this restaurant for their special New Year’s Eve menu, and it was the perfect way to close out the year. The menu was thoughtfully curated—every course felt festive, seasonal, and a little indulgent in the best way. From the complimentary champagne to the generous entrees, everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor.

I love that we have elevated dining on 54-saves me the drive down to Tampa. I have had both tasting menu and standard menu-all great. It checks all the boxes:
-Special occasion/date-check
-Grab a steak dinner with friends-check
-Spend up for an experience with tasting/wagyu-check
-grab a burger-check
-cocktail and apps after work -check.
They do always have local seafood and thats a plus.

What an incredible experience under the new owners! This was my birthday dinner, and I honestly had the best steak I’ve ever eaten. My family couldn’t even agree on which meal was better because everything was amazing. The chef even came out to chat with us — such a great personal touch. The waitstaff was personable and truly made my night. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Let’s not stop talking about having a Michelin Rated restaurant in Pasco County? It’s time! This TEAM is on its way. Cavier Bumps, the Lamb Chop tonight. If you look at the desert menu and you see two you like. Get them both. Your welcome. Celebrating my son’s 21st Birthday with my family. Best meal I’ve had in Pasco County tonight since the 80s because you can’t beat my mom’s cooking. Thank you Chef and all the staff for a wonderful culinary experience. Had such a great experience at Brix! I ordered the short ribs and shrimp, and our server David suggested adding scallops as an add-on — so glad I did because they were incredible. He also recommended the Aperture Cabernet, which paired perfectly with the meal. David was attentive and knowledgeable, and his suggestions really made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back!
