This lounge is truly a gem. It offers stunning views of the concourse and the gates hallway. Since we were flying Qatar Airways, a member of the One World alliance, we decided to skip the Turkish Airlines lounge that we were initially directed to and check this one out instead. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed at the entrance and received courteous service throughout our visit.

The lounge features an impressive selection of food and beverages. I particularly enjoyed the salads and the cauliflower soup. However, the English egg salad sandwich was a bit disappointing, as the bread was dry. On the bright side, the coffee and the deserts was exceptional.

We were fortunate that the lounge was almost empty, which allowed us to relax in the living room-style seating. I hope to return in the future.

Really enjoyed this lounge. Food was very good and had plenty of options for me even with allergies. Best of all it was quiet, everyone got the memo to not have loud conversations.

The lounge is quite small and can get crowded. Still saw enough tables for everyone. Slightly strange set up with the bar at the very back, wouldn’t have known it was there if I hadn’t been wandering around looking for a seat.

Lounge isn’t big but functional.. Good food choices and plenty of drinks to choose from
Plus some dessert like cookies, cheesecake pudding… Service is good especially the front desk lady who is very friendly and cheerful!

This is a very nice airline lounge. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food is lovely and the wine selection is much better than many clubs that I have visited. There is ample seating and many private areas to work and relax. They were even kind enough to set up the Euro Cup on one of the televisions for us.

This lounge operates in two modes: in the morning it’s a Priority Pass lounge (I’d give 3.5 stars), then it closes, then in the afternoon/evening it’s a lounge for British Airways and OneWorld elites and business passengers (I’d give 4.5 stars).

In the mornings, part of the space is closed off, and the food selection is decent but not amazing and protein options are very limited. In the afternoons/evenings it’s much nicer, with access to the full space and bar and amenities plus much better food (including both a buffet and table service)!

It’s also nice that it’s on the second floor above the terminal, as it provides windows both toward the planes on one side and of the terminal on the other side.

As someone who’s been to a lot of United Club lounges this lounge is not bad at all considering you don’t get full access to the BA lounge as a non-passenger.
They have wine on tap, beer, soda, juices and espresso machines. Continental breakfast offerings of pastries, fruit, cereal and oatmeal.
Nice comfy seats, clean bathrooms and also showers (available if you ask up front).
No liquor though, so no early morning cocktails.
Note that access is limited to Priority pass holders from 6am-2pm and to Business/first class BA passengers after 2pm.

Quite an odd shaped lounge. Iain who greeted us and showed around is lovely and respectful. Seats are in some odd way spaced in different pockets but they are comfortable. The lounge is very clean and food offerings are average at time of the visit at around 2030 hrs. There are plenty of charging points with British plugs

We enjoyed hanging out in this lounge while waiting for our flight to LHR.
The staff was very friendly, the lady checking us in actually gave us a quick tour of the facility. The bar is quite nice and the food was great.

We’ll continue to return!

An excellent experience in the new first class dining area. The food was great with a good selection of light dishes to still leave room for meals onboard your flight. Plenty of drinks that just kept on flowing. Betty was wonderful and a real credit to British always with her service with a smile.

Much improved British Airways lounge, and rare to find one stateside that offers this amount of salad / healthy food options. Easily missed by tired eyes (look up) but an absolute treasure once located. Quiet, peaceful, really helps erode the strains of modern travel.
