Not a good night. Prime rib gone by 6:30. Waitress didn’t hit send on computer for our order. Waited 1 hour for our food. Vegetables were cold.
Service was great, streaks were good. Ribs were ok.
Shrimp scampi was ok, not good.
They did knock 10% off bill and gave us a dessert for free.
I did have to ask for discount.
I will go back because of Service, and I don’t believe that much can go wrong again.

This is definitely a place not to judge by its cover. It is very unassuming outside, but once inside, you get it. Yep its out in the middle of no where, but if you are visiting Bisbee, its not far at all! This is an old school, simple, home cooked meal kind of place. You are greeted like family and treated that way the whole time you are there.
I cannot say enough about the service- just top notch. We wanted for nothing. The food – wow. Simple and perfect. You will be hard pressed to find a better steak. Perfectly cooked, tender and lots of side choices. I 1000000% recommend trying the chili relleno casserole. It is excellent and not what you would expect to be served with steak. If you have the chance, also try the soup! We had this amazing creamy vegetable soup and it was just perfect for the chilly rainy evening.
Prices are also very reasonable for everything you get! With drinks, dinner and desert the 2 of us spent just about $100. We have paid way more for worse food. My husband is still talking about how good the meal was!

Food was ok, but couldn’t get a hot or even warm cup of coffee. Server explained they dont have a coffee machine and had to make it by cup which must meanit’s instant coffee. If I had known I would have to pay $4 for a lukewarm cup of coffee I wouldn’t have bothered but it’s cold and hoping to warm up. What kind of restaurant doesn’t have a coffee machine? Won’t be back

It’s a bit of a drive to get down here, so plan for that. Also the food is made fresh and almost is made from scratch, that means it takes time to get your food.
The Cactus Cutters are incredible for an appetizer, massive!
The ribs are huge, a half rack is the size of most places’ full rack.
Their filet was one of the most perfectly cooked steaks I’ve ever seen.
We will definitely return!

The food was okay. Delicious onion rings and ranch. Cactus burger didn’t have much flavor and the rib eye wasn’t anything special. We will be back to try other items. The server was super nice and sweet but she got pretty busy in the opposite end of the restaurant and never returned. Another very nice server for our check and helped us. Great customer service.

All i can say is amazing. Like its been said before, nothing to see from the outside but go to the back room and go back in time. Cowboy ambiance. Stone and wood walls, nice stone fireplace.
Then there’s the service. Christopher, the manager and server, was great. Got steak, ribs and bacon burger. Best ribs I’ve ever had. My wife said the steak was around. Tge 1/3 lb burger had 4 slices of bacon and really good fries.
Ive driven past this place for over 6 years and wondered how they could stay in business because one or two cars in the parking lot. But they’re open for dinner only. Gave it a shot on a Thursday and loved it. Plus beers are a dollar off on thirsty Thursday.
Try them out and you wont regret it.

Excellent cuisine and top shelf drinks, the best crispy roasted ribs and the best Prime Rib my 3 star Michelin Chef rated Uncle Gary has ever seen, and we had an excellent Adoptive Family meal, in memory of my Pop, Captain Ralph, who made The Future Possible and would have been completely satisfied himself….. I would highly recommend this as a Place to take your Dates out to dinner to and Spare no Expense….

First time there. Good service. Had a great time and will be back. Raual kareoke guy was great. Guess he plays at manaley on Wednesday or Tuesday and will be playing at the VFW in Sierra Vista on Thursday night. If not working I will be there. Thank you Brite Spot great food and good time.
