Sorry to say I used to come here back in the ’80s with my husband I’m Puerto Rican and he was Cuban this restaurant was one of the best restaurants that ran in 1980s and ’90s I asked for camarones alejillo and they gave me camarones en salsa the rice was served cold dry kinda hard and the juca had no garlic no purple onions. Very sad to say that they don’t make tamales anymore either but they make it Honduras tamales how does that go in a Cuban restaurant.

Really friendly staff from the moment you walk in, we had the chicken, rice and beans with some empanadas and it was all delicious! Great food in a friendly local neighbourhood area. Two full dishes and two sides less than $25. Highly recommend

This place is great! I prefer to come here than noches de Colombia. There prices are far better and you can order a baby churrasco with rice and beans and yucca for 12$ so yes visit. The big churrasco for two is 24$ a steal! They also have 7$ plates that are comforting and filling. Support your local businesses. Visit these folks good hard working people

Small place with great food at a good price. If you need something all you have to do is ask and they would be happy to serve you. A wonderful place with a great Churrasco (skirt steak), and tostones made to order. I always visit when passing by.

Some of the best Cuban food in Union City. The lunch meals are very affordable and taste so good. I usually get the pechuga de pollo with moro and yuca, and I’m never disappointed.

Moro (rice cooked w/black beans) was great. So were the cuban sandwiches and the maduros. Service is fine. This is one of those throwback style places where you walk up to a counter and order and then find a seat and they bring you the food. Nothing fancy, just cuban food.
