Ordered some food 2 go. Bartender was very fast at taking my order and a nice guy. Ordered the blackened burger, delicious . I also ordered the egg rolls, fantastic. I will go again if im in the neighborhood.

Went for the first time based on the amazing reviews and we were very let down. It was half full on a Monday night. Service was very slow and not attentive.
Wife and I ordered the burger as a safe bet for a restaurant and both got medium-well. Her burger came out with a cool rare center and mine closer to well. Had to track down the server through another person as she disappeared.
She then acted like it was our problem it wasn’t cooked even close to the right temperature and said they could heat it more but then toppings get scorched and uneven cooking and it already had ketchup/mustard in it. She then took the plate and asked if we wanted to keep the fries but no plate or place to put them. Maybe she wanted to drop them on the table? Put them in my lap?
She then came back and told us it would be 15-20 minutes as they had some other orders. Meanwhile kids and I had our food. She then came back 20 minutes later with a charcoal briquette (burger) and left.
There was no apology, concern, care, or any compensation to wait for their issue. The burger was underseasoned and bland anyway. Fries were good, kids “frozen low quality Mac and cheese” (yes her words but my kids didn’t understand and wanted Mac anyway) was edible. The chicken tenders were a good size.
Won’t be going back….

Have been eating here for years and noticed the last few months service and food quality is declining. Our food was not hot, french fries cold. There was only one server who was swamped. Appeared to have over twelve tables at once and no additional help. Wasn’t their fault but appears to be the norm. The restaurant needs a good cleaning. Owner or management needs to get involved. Won’t be going back.

Food was good but everything was very rich. The ranch was really tasty on the house salad. I really enjoyed my whisky penne pasta and hubby liked his burger! Carrot cake was MASSIVE.

The spicy artichoke dip was good. I had the quesadilla app for dinner and it’s large and filling and lots of flavor with a little kick. Husband had the whiskey penne and it was good as well. No real atmosphere. So we have No complaints… it wasn’t bad at all but just wasn’t anything spectacular. The older waitress was a sweetheart though and very attentive

Went here to meet a friend I haven’t seen in a while. This place is about seven to eight miles north of the 101 so it can be a drive for some folks, especially if you’re coming from the anywhere other than the North valley. Brisam’s is a traditional American style bar and grill. The atmosphere is very lively. My server Christie was very nice and courteous. The food I ordered were chicken wings (half hot and half blackened) with fries. They were okay. The blackened wings lacked flavor so they tasted like I was eating unflavored wings. Would I go out there again? Probably not since I drove from the west side. However, of you are local it would be a nice place to visit.

Neighbors place was here you come with friends to have a few adult beverages while enjoying good food and sports in multiple screens.
My grilled chicken was great. Still moist and the fries were crisp and hot. Around the table was a wrap and a couple of fish tacos.
I wish there was a copy of this in my city.

We came here for a family dinner on Sunday at my father-in-law’s favorite restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive at first, but unfortunately the experience took a turn when we found a beetle in one of the plates. Management did comp my father-in-law’s meal, which we appreciated, but it felt like a minimal response given the seriousness of the issue. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were not clean, which raises additional concerns about overall upkeep. While they enjoyed meals here in the past, this visit left us disappointed and questioning the standards of cleanliness

Absolutely awesome! And I’m not just talking about the food, the staff was so amazing which speakers volumes about the ownership of this awesome local bar and grill. Devin was helpful and very polite and fun to speak with, our server Denay (not sure if the spelling is correct) she was absolutely a joy to speak with and get all the good scoops on food and history of the restaurant,. Such an enjoyable experience, oh yeah, restrooms VERY clean!!
