Brisa de España opened its doors in 2003. Since then, our cooking and baking team has remained unchanged and offer our customers an authentic and unique taste of Spanish classic cuisine. You can enjoy this experience either in the restaurant under a friendly atmosphere or by bringing our foods to your parties and meetings. In addition, we import products directly from Spain: handicrafts, souvenirs, oils, vinegars, preserves, perfumery, polvorones, nougat, paella pans, casseroles, and a broad representation of the best of Spain.

experience I wanted to create for my team. I orderer a paella Valenciana, tortilla española, and Dobosh torte for dessert for 12 people. I also got a whole jamon Serrano shoulder and had everything delivered the night of the party. The paella was served in a traditional paellera, the tortilla was perfectly cooked annd beautifully presented. The ham came with a platform and special knife for slicing perfect thin slices. Last but not least, the dessert was a work of art. And you may ask, What about the flavor? Everything was delicious and tasty. Whether it’s a lunch or dinner, evening with friends or a party at home, I highly recommend Brisa de España in Doral.

First time here and it will be last time. Don’t get bread because they charge it and don’t tell you till you see it on the receipt. Also, the arroz con pollo taste horrible. Chicken in the rice tastes old and freezer burned. Mind you it is a simple dish and as a Spanish place they should add olives to make it more exciting d Horrible arroz con pollo ever. Really disappointed. I want my money back.

they have a different price on the menu than on the check, plus the little feminine manager gave us the check anyway with his limp wrist. he also has a crazy attitude, u would think he’s a woman. they literally told us “the price on the menu is different than the actual price”. he proceeded to smile like he’s correct. do NOT use what the menu that i included in the picture because you will be charged the double. We then explained what was wrong with the menu, then he said just pay whatever u think is correct. no it doesn’t end here, we then proceeded to write the CORRECT price for every item like he said to do. After this , the manager basically said “no i’m gonna proceed to not let u guys pay that like i said i would “. This place is an absolute scam and the food was not even that good. ( plus barca lost which made my experience ten times worse, not only did they lose, the TV freezes every 30 seconds. DO NOT come here to watch anything)

This is the most delicious and amazing restaurant!! Service was excellent! Food was amazing! I ordered the Spanish omelette, they have great cocktails we had 2 double greygoose and OJ drinks fresh off the last friendship cruise. Very nice people! Please give them business! It was our first time here, the waitress wasn’t too friendly, and the food not the best. We ordered boquerones as appetizer which they were good and as entrees we ordered pan con tortilla de chorizo which has no taste, no salt honestly I think I make it better at home and then we ordered a fideua where the pasta was not al dente the taste was good but not the pasta and for dessert we had the tres leches it was ok.

Fantastic hidden gem! Delicious tapas in a friendly atmosphere. Grilled octopus, patatas bravas, ceviche and more. The house Cabernet is luscious and our sever, Ever P was attentive and helpful. There’s a beautiful display case of tapas and bakery treats. Perfect place for meeting up with friends for sharing plates and a relaxing evening.

This restaurant is a fantastic option if you’re in Doral. From the start, the experience was great: we easily found parking, which suggested it’s a popular spot. While our initial visit was to order birthday cakes, the lunch completely won us over.
The atmosphere reflects true teamwork, with every staff member being incredibly attentive. When we chose our table, a staff member, Juan Carlos (who we later found out is the Manager), mentioned, “That’s the owner’s favorite table.” This small detail made our choice feel even more special.
The service was impeccable, definitely 5/5. Additionally, something I truly appreciate is relaxing music during a meal, and this place delivered perfectly.
We were delighted with Brizas de España, and I’m already looking forward to returning soon.

Had lunch here with my family at a large table during a time when the restaurant was not busy. Despite that, the service was noticeably poor. What makes it worse is that gratuity was already included, when you’re automatically charging a tip, the expectation is that service should be attentive and polished. Unfortunately, it was not.
The tapas were actually good, but the entrées were underwhelming and did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience fell well short of the 4.1-star rating. Based on this visit, the ratings are grossly skewed!

They made us scan a QR on the menu that gave us one price for a product, later proceeded to charge us a different price and argue that the right price was the one that they give you at the end on the check. THIS IS VERYYYY WRONG!!!! MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND WAS NOT VERY BRIGHT. EXTREMELY RUDE.

Was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was outstanding. I loved the paella, chorizo, hamon, olive, y vino de la casa, which was full of flavor and perfectly cooked.
