I recently tried the new Brioche de Paris location in Lafayette and was absolutely delighted! This charming French bakery is a wonderful addition to the area.

We sampled three items from the menu, and each one was excellent. The almond croissant was perfectly moist, flaky, and incredibly delicious. I asked them how it’s so good and they explained that they use imported French butter.

The Avocado Toast was fresh and beautifully prepared, topped with bacon. Lastly, I tried the Lorraine Quiche, which they kindly heated for me. It was light, flavorful, and wonderfully satisfying without feeling heavy.

Although there is a bakery by the same name in Walnut Creek, my understanding is that this location is independently owned and not affiliated with that store. The fresh pastries served here are delivered daily from their other store located in Alamo.

Everything tasted fresh, and the attention to detail really stood out. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu — highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Lafayette!

I’m shocked the reviews are so bad. I’ve been here twice and had a great experience both times!! I had a savory crepe that was so delicious. We got the almond croissant and also the pistachio raspberry. They were both fine. Not the most incredible I have had, but also not hating on them like other reviews. We also had three desserts and they were all quite good! ive had a regular almond milk latte and also the honey lavendar latte and they were both excellent! Keep at it!! We’re glad you’re here 🙂

Not sure why ratings are low here. Vibe was rad, drinks tasty, and pastries…on par with rustic, just more variety.

Pastries and sandwiches are good enough. But it seems it is missing a good management. We don’t have many bakeries in Lafayette so it can be really lively place but there is no vibe. People who work there need really good training and make the place welcoming. Waited sandwich for 30 mins, then we asked about it they just warmed up the one on the display. Wasn’t worth!

This place has some of the best pastries I have had on earth.hands down I had pain au raisin fresh, perfectly baked and full of flavor. Once you try them it’s hard to go anywhere.

Lafayette doesn’t lack for coffee shops, but the cappuccino here is the best in town.

Did not like this place and haven’t been back. Food was not good. The place felt odd but maybe it’s because it’s new – felt like it lacked character (hospital lighting). There are much better places for coffee and pastry’s in Lafayette.

I’m so glad this has arrived in Lafayette. The quiche is incredible and the crêpes are delicious. The oat milk cappuccino was the best. I love their desserts as well.

The coffee and bread were a bit underwhelming compared to what I expected. They were okay, but the flavor was somewhat lacking. Hopefully they can improve in the future.

Wanted to give this place a try despite some mixed reviews. Sadly, it was way worse than expected. I ordered a chocolate croissant and an almond croissant which were both so bad they were inedible. They were the stalest tasting pasties I had ever tried. I didn’t know a simple croissant could taste so terrible. Extremely stale and expensive. I also ordered a plain latte with skim milk and the girl working there looked very confused and had “never heard of it” before. It was very strange. Will never be back.
