Dinner last night 10/27/25 with good friends, 4 of us, and it was absolutely delicious!! Our server Julio took good care of us without hovering. My husband & I dined often at the Tivoli location; so disappointed when it closed!
Our shared appetizers: Shrimp & Eggplant, Calamari & 3 Grilled Lamb Chips all perfect (Calamari dipping sauces should be larger portions tho as they used to be!).
Entrees: Grilled Salmon with Asparagus & Red Peppers, Ricotta filled Pasta yummy Vodka Sauce with added Meatballs, Grilled Salmon Salad, Beef Tenderloin Salad….each was excellent!! We shared the Bread Pudding Anglaise with Vanilla Ice Cream also very good. The Molten Chocolate Cake was different than expected wouldn’t order it again.
The noise level a bit high the 1st hour when it was busier, maybe due to high ceilings? The restaurant is beautiful!
We enjoyed everything so much. So pleased the food quality hasn’t changed and the menu had some nice selections added from when we frequented the Tivoli location.
We look forward to dining at Brio Town Square again soon

The food is always great, but Julio and Armando made this happy hour amazing. Julio made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had, and Armando wowed us with his dedication to cleaning every glass and even hand washing all eight windows himself. Truly above and beyond! Fav Italian restaurant in Vegas ❤️ I’m not a fan of Italian food, but I love this place. My biggest recommendation is to order Pasta Alla Vodka. Whenever I bring someone new to this place and they try my favorite pasta, they’re amazed. Aside from the food, I love the atmosphere. It’s very quiet and warm. Patio seating at sunset is a great option. The restaurant is in a great, safe location.

Just a very hidden wonderfull place . If you wanna vibe in italy for a bit drink an old fashioned and eat some Carspaccio . Probably the best burger in town that nobodys heard about . Yum . Happy hour exquisite. Servers and bartenders AMAZING .

We made a reservation for 2 as a special brunch for early valentines❤️ , and it was also our first time visiting this local spot and we loved it. Our server was alyssa, she was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and had a lovely personality, really made us feel welcomed. Food, drinks, service was wonderful. Highly reccomended, will return soon❤️
