I really don’t like bashing restaurants. But this restaurant wasn’t the best. The service was very slow, the restaurant wasn’t busy. We had a party of about 12 – 14 people. We all ordered appetizers and the appetizers were delicious. Then dinner came out. Everyone’s ordered some kind of pasta. The pasta was under cooked. The lasagna was over cooked and tasted like it was made three days ago. This was horrible.

We decided to visit with my daughter which I completely regret. After ordering food, our soups and salad arrived, we finished these and my daughters meal arrived very hot which is not great for a kid who has been waiting. My daughter than finished her dinner and started to get antsy. We still had not received our meal and no one had checked in on us so we never got refills on our drinks. My mom had to get up from the table to find someone and asked that our food be packed up to go because at this point my daughter was ready to go. The manager swung by and we expressed our concern and we were told that staff were still learning and to come back another day. Then we were told by the waiter that our ticket for food went missing in the back which is why we didn’t get our food in time. Then the check came and we had to pay for everything before even getting our food to go. Then we waited even long after paying as they forgot once again to bring us our food to go. I thought well the food will be amazing after I get home, bath my daughter and put her to bed. Once I say down to finally eat our $100 meal it was so over cooked I could barley cut through it and the vegetables were so hard and under cooked. I don’t complain much but my mom paid for dinner and I feel awful that she tried to take me out for the first time in forever and this was our experience. What’s even worse no one apologized or tried to make it better instead it was one excuse after another. The real kicker, they only had maybe 10 tables!

Enjoyed a lovely meal here. Sat with my friend at the bar. Excellent cocktails mixed by the manager himself. Love their bread and butter. We each ordered their lunch combo: the pasta Brio and the lasagna, both delicious, and each with choice of soup or salad. The combo allowed me to stay within my allowed calories for lunch. The espresso was also very good. We had a lovely server, Monica, who is personable, courteous, and attentive. She made our dining experience most enjoyable.

Me and my husband came in for some wine and laughs the food was great I had the margarita flat bread my husband had the brio burger our expectations were exceeded with the wonderful service provided by Nico we are highly recommending to our family we will be back again. My husband and i sat at the bar. The bartender was working the outdoor seating too. It was just us at the bar. He was very nice, but we could tell he was overwhelmed. He finally took our order after 10 minutes. We ordered happy hour drinks and food. We finished the first round of drinks, and still no food. We got there at 620pm and happy hour ended at 7pm. At 7pm, we decided we would just cancel the food and pay out for the round that we had. That also took a long time. The “floor manager ” came out and canceled our food order, looked at us and left. We’re not mad, but disappointed with the lack of staffing and sympathy from the floor manager who didn’t look like he cared at all.

Had dinner here for the first time. We didn’t get served any bread, my girlfriend’s drink was served without any ice, and the server forgot to give us straws for our drinks. The lamb chops were salty and the pastas were bland. The flatbread pizza was good but our server almost slid the pizza off plate when he was setting it down on the table. The server seemed like he was having a rough day and then proceeds to ask us “where we’re from?” at the end of the meal, which I thought was a little bizarre. Overall the food here is decent but nothing special. Cheesecake might have better options for pasta.

This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants, and the location is super convenient and easy to access. The Mushroom Ravioli is amazing! The staff is super friendly , they have quick service, and is always a great time! Can’t wait till my next visit!
