Grayson, our server was an incredibly pleasant, helpful and attentive young man. We appreciated his service from the moment we were seated. He addressed any questions we had and looked into our dietary concerns. I wish him immense success and bright and beautifully future ahead.

This review is based on a party not going out for dinner so it was a family style brunch. I will definitely go back. The waitress that we had was amazing and very attentive. Love the atmosphere. The food was really good. We didn’t have a lot of selection for me to give a really good review about the food. We had French toast with blueberries and strawberries which was pretty good. I was not a fan of the filling which seemed to be some form of a cinnamon butter, but the other platter which had eggs, sausage, spinach, tomatoes was delicious. I definitely want to go back for a regular sit down meal for either lunch or dinner. When I do, I will update the review. Give more details about the food.

The food here is always a favorite. The Salmon Fresca is amazing as are most of the dishes we try. Great happy hours as well.

The presentation of the caprese was subpar but the taste was good. The scallop and shrimp risotto was not good especially for $29. There were only 4 shrimp and the entire dish had a sour taste to it. I’ve been to Brio a few times in the paste and it was always good… This time I was very disappointed.

We had a long day at the mall and decided to hit up Brio, even though we did not have a good experience at another location before. We weren’t sure if we’d be able to get a table on a Saturday evening, but luckily, the restaurant wasn’t too crowded, and we got seated right away. The vibe was cool, and we started off with a Bruschetta platter and some Vino, then moved on to Steak and Campalenni pasta. The steak was pretty good, and the Bruschetta was on point. All in all, the food was decent.

Food was not good at all. The preparation was not suffice. The waitress was nice but no one was there and we waited a very long time. A long hair was on my “iceberg” lettuce that was wilted. You guys need to up the quality of your food, salads and presentations. Lobster bisque was good. My lasagna was horrible and the rest of our food was horrible. I got sick.

The service was great, It was my first time at Brio and I heard such great things but for me, I think the food could’ve been better, I didn’t see a lot of options on the menu that I desired. I feel Brio is a bit overrated. The bread they brought to the table was good.

I ate at Brio Italian Grille in the Freehold Raceway Mall Saturday to take part in its National Lasagna Day special and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Though it was busy, I was seated relatively quickly, and the meal moved along with fine music playing overhead. From the starter bread to the lobster bisque to the lasagna, all the food was hot and tasty! The waitress was on point, and a manager even stopped by to make sure all was well with the meal. With the money I was saving, I also was able to get one of the excellent Buddy V cakes. With the humid temperatures outside, this was a very welcome stop, where I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Brio!!!

Very good food for a chain! It blows away the Cheesecake Factory that is right across from it.
