Nice ambiance; good Italian food ., heaven for pasta lovers. Sometimes you will have longer wait times to be seated, if you don’t have a place reserved especially during the weekends. Bread as an appetizer is always welcome. Serving staff is friendly most of the time ; but you will also run into not so nice staff.

I just had my daughter’s sweet 16 here on Saturday night and I cannot tell you how amazing the staff and location was. From the preparations to the event itself, we were taken real good care of. Thomas was an amazing host and extremely helpful in helping plan for this momentous occasion. We had close to 50 teens and adults taking part in this celebration. The room was set up nicely and allowed for a cake table and gift table. The food was delicious (although there were several in our party who wanted the shrimp and lobster ravioli, which sold out). We had dedicated staff who were very attentive. Once Thomas left for the evening, we were greeted by the other manager, Sara, who was just as nice and helpful. I am so glad that we decided to have this party at this location. It really made the evening that much better! Special thank you to Thomas, Sara, Cecily, and the rest of the Brio staff that catered to my daughter and our family and friends at Park Meadows Mall! ~Ashlee

My second time here and the food was fabulous! Each time I went for happy hour and the Bartenders were attentive and very personable. The ONLY problem I had is the managers will either look you in your face and not speak or they just don’t speak. Customer service is free and greeting your customers go a long way! Kuddos to the kitchen, wait staff and the Bartenders.

Had a great date night. The food was delicious and tasted like it was made in Italy. The service was great, very friendly staff and fast service. The only complaint was it took a little time to get our check and sign for it but everything else was great. Our food come out in a timely manner.
