We are newly arrived from Maine and so very happy to provide a review. First off, we were greeted by the manager Lauren (a wonderful experience) and found a nice little table. Make reservations if you can as they were steady with customers. Our table offered us a view of the wood fired oven and live music. The app of bread ~amazing ~ and hummus was the best I have ever had. For dinner we shared Lahmacun flatbread which we had never had before. I would highly recommend. Or server Trent was great and so much fun.

Our first time dining here. Warm welcome. Staff was very professional and nice. They even had live music. We sat outdoors. Food: AMAZING. The seabass was exquisite! The hummus, tabouleh, and tzatziki was fresh and well prepared. Shrimp appetizer was scrumptious. Highly recommended!!! Thank you

The food was spectacular – super flavorful and delicious. The waiter was a nice and attentive, and there was a guy playing guitar. We ate outside and the ambiance was spot on. I will definitely come again. We had the tabbouleh appetizer, pita sandwiches and baklava. All were delicious.

Can’t wait to make this place a regular for us! ◡̈ and the house made sangria is delish! The Turkish wood fire spinach and feta flat bread was to die for! The food was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They did their best to make us happy. Everything was very clean and handmade. They offered us a great taste with fresh fruits and vegetables. I loved the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff, the service was amazing. I recommend it to everyone. We had no problems in the parking lot either. My children also enjoyed it very much. They deserve ten stars Soon we will come again to eat and listen to live music

We decided to go somewhere new for dinner and SO GLAD we did. We both agreed we want to come back. When its cooler in the evenings, we want to sit out on the patio. It looks like a delightful place to have dinner. The staff are super warm and friendly and the food had some of the best flavor I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We are talking like homemade-made-with-love good.

Stopped in here for a quick, spontaneous lunch and oh my! A very nice, clean restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was fantastic and the food was phenomenal! I wish I lived closer, I would absolutely be a regular at this place! Anxious to get back and try more items on their menu ! I ordered the Shepherds Salad and added chicken to it. I tried the hibiscus tea for my drink and I loved tasting the clove in it!! Also took home some baklava! Yum!!!

Update: Sadly, there’s been a lot of turnover here. The chef is different and so is the food. It is ok but lacks the flavor that it used to have. The bread is also different; it used to be more like focaccia and now it is closer to pita bread. Even the way the vegetables are prepared in the oven is not the same. Hopefully the new folks figure things out.

This restaurant puts Green Valley on the map. Everything we had was excellent. Food properly cooked in a wood fired oven is delightful and Brindis delivers,

The Mediterranean sea bass was exceptional. It was perfectly complemented by a pureed mix of herbs, seasoning, and olive oil – subtle yet complex without overpowering the fish. The fire roasted vegetables were so flavorful. Even the salad that it came with was excellent. The lamb shish kebab was also nicely seasoned, did not taste gamy, and had a hint of liver (which I love).

We finished the meal with some of the best baklava – not too sweet yet very tasty.

The staff was courteous, attentive, and speedy. Atmosphere wise, they are still making improvements; they will get it nailed down in time.

I highly recommend Brindis. We definitely have to come back to try the other dishes.

Quaint family resturaunt made fresh to order with high quality ingridients and a home made taste. The indoor seating is limited but the outdoor patio is beautiful. I really enjoyed the cold hibiscus tea and lemonade. Support local, you won’t regret giving them a try

This quaint restaurant has some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever eaten! Everything was so flavorful and clearly made fresh, if you stop in you have to try the hummus! So good! There wasn’t any pizza on the menu or being served so I’m not sure it’s an option but the pides are very similar, wood fired and tasty.

The dining area is a work in progress but don’t let it fool you, you want to eat here! Lots of customer traffic in the short time we were there and all the sentiments seemed to be the same.
