Driving through Cynthiana, KY on vaca. Stopped at the Brimstone BBQ food truck to see how the BBQ tasted, since we hail from KC, (Go Chiefs), the BBQ capital of the USA. Two of us had the pulled pork meat bowl with side of coleslaw and the other 2 had the pulled pork sandwich. We all the agreed the pork had great flavor, was moist and the coleslaw was very good, too. The coleslaw is the vinegar style and had just the right combo of sweet and vinegar. The portions were perfect, plenty to eat but not ridiculously large. Price was $12 for the bowl and $8 for the sandwich, VERY reasonable! Homemade sauces but we went with Sweet Baby Rays.
Nice visit with the owner, his wife and teenage son, who served us in our van.
Our only suggestion, at least for us, would be more sauce on the meat.
