So excited to have this coffee shop in the neighborhood. It’s so much more than coffee! We tried a couple breakfast items and were pleased with the amount and taste. The special coffees of the month were excellent. Banana bread latte and brown sugar sage were quite tasty!

We will be back!

I loved the original Brim and this one delivers the same amazing healthy food in a super convenient location with more seating and a cozy atmosphere. Loved the brunch bowl and the coffee is amazing- so many interesting flavors. I love supporting this local business and eating something delicious that actually fuels my body and makes me feel good!

I think this gets its 5 stars from the range of fantastic offerings. The bowls are phenomenal, but if you order to-go, you can get superb value for the $. I can’t wait to keep supporting this place, especially via online ordering when I can’t dine in.
Also phenomenal selection of dairy free, gluten free choices

Banana bread was dry. Scrambled egg’s texture was rubbery, bacon thinly sliced, both lukewarm. Seemed like eggs and bacon had been sitting around for awhile. Salad greens weren’t fresh. I was super disappointed and I won’t be returning.

Brim is a favorite for us, especially when looking for something both tasty and healthy. Have long enjoyed the Uptown location and am excited about the Edina location. Mercado Chicken (num chipotle sauce & perfect chicken) and Umami Rice Bowl (kimchi and tamari ginger) are my two favorites. We live further north, but this is worth the trip & easy to access (freeways & parking). Ambiance is always lovely. Excited to visit again soon.

Was pretty bummed, definitely won’t be back. $70 for two coffees and 2 sandwiches. It’s not the price that matters, it’s just for the price you’d expect it to be atleast above mediocre. Had better coffee at caribou, my wife and I both got sandwiches with 0 flavor. Those prepackaged microwaved sandwiches at those chain cafes are better. Was also very dry. Clean atmosphere, and friendly staff otherwise. Highly disappointed.

There is only one size of an latte and it’s so small. Yogurt used for comparison. 8.00 for this?! What a joke. The banana bread was really dry too and they have weird hours. Not open early enough. The store is cute though

Although this place is very expensive, the drinks are very well made, and the atmosphere is perfect for a study session or a convo with a friend

Great casual gluten-free spot! Not too pricey, baby-friendly and the food was delicious. Portion sizes were generous, too. Nice for my husband with celiac to be able to order anything on the menu! We will definitely be back to try more dishes in the future.
