Food is awesome. Some of the best onion rings in 3 states: GA, SC. And NC.

This is such a cozy place! It’s tucked away off of the main road almost like in the neighborhood. It’s like walking back into 1955 that’s how I feel. The staff is amazing the pretty waitress with blonde hair and a beautiful southern accent brought me back to a more simpler time. The food is really good and their deserts are AMAZING! A great place for a date, or just hanging out with friends. This BrightStar Grill is a must see! It has such charm!

Very nice place off the beaten path. I love these kinds of places because it might have a feeling of tired nostalgia but the food is artery clogging good. Get in line at the counter, order some old timely goodness and pull up a chair to wait.

Quaint spot, lots of seating. Order food at the counter and they bring it to you. The Carolina Style burger was delicious and the fries were PLENTY. Good value for what you pay for, unlike most places these days. I suggest putting fries on a separate tray, there was nowhere to put ketchup to dip so I improvised and put some on a drink lid . Friendly staff, quick service, felt at home. I really liked this place and will return when I’m in town.

I’ve been here many times over the years and decided to finally write a review. This is a classic style hamburger joint that was once a drive-in diner. They make a really good burger and that’s honestly the big highlight for me. I’ve tried other things, but always come back to the burger because it’s their best menu item for me.
My biggest recommendations for this place are to bring back things that it has lost. They used to provide table service, but now you have to order at the counter. That said however, if they continue to do counter style ordering, I would highly recommend revamping the menu at the front. Everything is in different places and kinda all over the place between two seperate walls. Invest in a new menu to advertise your goodies or bring back table service!
Although it is labor heavy, bringing back the drive-in service would be very cool. Maybe it’s not feasible, but it would certainly make the place unique.
Another thing is the value. I do think they’re on the steep side and could lower their prices to be more reasonable, and in turn bring in more business.
Lastly, I do appreciate the weekly car shows. It’s a very cool way to drive in business and have comradery with the community!

We went for a quick lunch. I saw some good reviews on local social media pages. It’s a nice old fashioned drive in restaurant. I ordered chicken tenders, sweet potato waffle fries and a double cheeseburger, all the way. The chicken tender batter was weird, it just fell off the chicken in chunks. The ranch sauce was delicious. The waffle fries were ok, tasted like the grease needed to be changed. The burger was ok, needed some seasoning. For $30 I was kinda disappointed.

Old school grill. Very good burgers, good selection of sides. Got 2 burgers, wedges and tots and 2 drinks for $23. Everything was hot and fresh.
