Then working with David Burk (at the Park Avenue Café), Robert Saunders (at Williams Island), Mark Militello (at Mark’s Place), Pascal Oudin (at The Grand Bay Hotel), Christian Planchon (at Casa Vecchia) I learned that the taste and quality of food can Brighten Your Day. So, in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach, I saw a need for a Breakfast and Lunch location. So, indulge in fresh, house-made creations.
