Brigantine was a beautiful spot to dine for an evening sunset view of Imperial Beach. Each dish was full of flavor and color. Presentation was phenomenal, making it hard to not dive in before grabbing a pic. The shrimp and crab fondue was a creamy goodness starter. The Lobster Bisque looked and smelled so delightful I dove in before snapping a pic. It did not disappoint! They had a generous selection of hot teas. They offer many options for alcoholic or regular beverages as well. Our main courses were soooo tasty and cooked to perfection! We overate and didn’t have room for dessert, although we wanted some. We made a reservation for this date & were seated immediately. Recommend doing so as it’s a fairly small establishment and seating is limited at peak times. It is handicapped accessible. They have Gluten Free options as well as Gluten Free alternatives. Can’t go wrong with this lovely restaurant. We would be most happy to return if ever back in Imperial Beach.

OMG, this is outrageous! We went there for lunch and ordered a couple Mai Tai cocktails ($14 each). These glasses were overflowing with ice (and no straw to even drink). We asked the waitress to remove the overflowing ice, which she did but it was still 90% ice in the “drink”!

The starters were all amazing. The main dishes were subpar. The clam chowder tasted like gravy. The octopus was so good. The brussels I’d write home about.

We ended up here after our intended restaurant was closed, and it was a great experience. Our server, Esteban, was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He recommended a great wine to pair with the salmon, brought our toddler her food with the appetizers, and was quite pleasant. The music was a little loud for casual conversation, but that’s truly my only complaint. The fried fish was butter and delightful, and the calamari was . Will definitely be back!

Great food and great service. Favourite was the coconut shrimp, wings and the oysters. Actually everything was delicious. Was here with a group and we were well accommodated.

Although we were seated almost immediately, service was very slow and we had to ask for plates after our appetizers arrived???? The place wasn’t even that busy. We were really hungry after a long day so having to wait longer to eat our food after it arrived was frustrating.
