We ended up dining at Brigante three times during our five nights in Athens, and it quickly became a favorite. From the start, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The food was consistently great—each dish was flavorful, fresh, and well-prepared. The menu offered a nice variety, to suite everyone’s taste.
What really stood out was the service. The staff were polite and efficient, striking a perfect balance between being attentive and allowing us to enjoy our meal at a comfortable pace. It was clear that they took pride in offering a positive dining experience.
If you’re looking for a reliable spot in Athens with good food and friendly service, we definitely recommend Brigante. It’s a solid choice for a pleasant meal.

There are not enough stars to describe this place. All dishes are immaculate, fresh, traditional effortless Italian flavours! We had a carbonara (traditional recipe, to die for), tagliatelle with seafood (shrimp, squid, salmon filet) and a Quattro formaggi pizza! 10/10 we loved loved loved this place. Wine list is very good and the staff super kind and helpful! It’s worth every penny, yet i hope it doesn’t get viral so we can always find a table!

Fantastic Italian meals! Being half Italian, I really needed a pasta meal. We shared the carpaccio as a starter. My wife got the chicken/mushroom/truffle paste tagliatelle pasta. I got the lemon/capers pasta. All was really delicious. Service was great. Very friendly and welcoming.

This is a little gem! Absolutely delicious italian food was a welcome change from the local food. The pasta was absolutely banging and made me wish we were staying in athens longer! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you want a break from greek food whilst in Athens. This has to be the best italian in Athens!!

A nice choice if you are near Syntagma square and you want to eat/drink away from the crows of Ermou and Syntagma.

A little small but surprisingly good food. The shrimp pasta was on point, well cooked and tender shrimps. The pizza dough was perfect opposite of soggy and crispy all around. Good ingredients and superb olive oil.
