Tried Brielle’s for the 1st time today for an early dinner. We ordered the walking crawfish as an appetizer. Blackened pork chops with mushroom gravy, red beans and rice and jalapeno, mac and cheese. Also ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Everything was delicious! Service was great. They’re working on the atmosphere. Let’s help them stay in business!!

So I’ve eaten here twice now, and anytime I try a new place I make an effort to get a variety of things. First time around I got shrimp & grits, catfish, and lemon pepper wings w/red beans and rice. Everything was excellent EXCEPT for the catfish, I immediately trashed it. Yesterday I once again got the shrimp & grits, I tried the catfish poboy, wings & beignets, and a side of veggies & dirty rice. Once again EVERYTHING was excellent! The catfish was much better this time, though there’s like a zesty or tangy taste that I can’t quite name.
All in all, whoever works in that kitchen KNOWS what they’re doing. I also think the pricing is appropriate for the quality, flavor, and portion of food I received. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’ll have to find the time to dine in and I really want to try their crab beignets

We arrived about 4:30 on a Saturday evening. The place wasn’t crowded no wait to be seated. The staff was very friendly from our host to the server. Drinks a bit pricey but delicious and food was amazing well seasoned,the dirty rice was a bit too spicy and a tad bit too much salt; however my son loved it. The jalapeño Mac was very good and wasn’t hot with spice; 10 out of 10! Everyone in my party was well pleased and definitely a spot we will try again!

Did not look like much but I thought I would give this place a try. Started with chicken gumbo. Next got chicken pasta with a side salad. Lastly got rum bread pudding. Everything was WoW! Service was excellent. Then as I was eating live music kicked in and man was it good. I did not know but this place has live music every Friday night! I was very impressed with everything about this small mom and pop restaurant.

What an incredible experience! First time here and for sure will not be the last!! The food was amazing!! My boyfriend and I had such a hard time choosing with all of the yummy options and we went with the catfish lunch that he devoured. I got the croissant French toast and ate every bite! We also split the chicken and waffles appetizer and fought over who got what. We will be back soon! Thanks for the fantastic brunch!

This place was recommended, so of course I had to try it. Take-out: Service was 5/5, Red Beans & Rice 10/5 (ate them so fast didn’t get a chance to take a picture & not cooked in pork). The Catfish was seasoned, BUT my (the grits were slightly undercooked (while it’s not pink, it is still fleshy) and not a fan of the fries. Next time I’m in town, I’ll try it again, just to see if the Catfish is always undercooked and will update this review.
Update: Revisited for Dine-in 5/4/23: Catfish was cooked perfectly this time. I also ordered the Shrimp & Grits & Sautéed Veggies (the grits were cold but they made it right, they needed a little salt)

Omg y’all, this place is AWESOME! I had the lunch portion of blackened chicken and mushroom sauce with red beans and rice and a cup of gumbo. Husband had blackened pork chops with mushroom sauce, dirty rice and jalapeño mac and cheese, then we got the bread pudding to share.
Everything was really REALLY good.
I can’t believe I’ve never been here before. Will definitely be back, very impressed.

I biggest highlight to my dining experience was our server (I believe her name was mariah). She was knowledgable of all the dishes we asked about and was incredibly kind to us. She is one of the reasons why we would go back.
The food was incredible as well. The crab queso was FIRE (delicious)! The chips were so soft yet crispy. The queso was not too salty and you can really taste the crab. I had the blacken catfish atchafalaya and holy it was dang delicious! I would love to come back to this place again. I definitely recommend

The service was really good. The place was huge, and it was pretty nice inside. We didn’t have to wait for a table at lunch time on a Saturday. The food came out fast. My husband had lemon pepper wings, which were some of the best wings we’ve had. The Cajun chicken pasta was tasty, but not enough pasta. For $17, I should have had some leftovers to go, also it came with a sweet roll instead of garlic bread. I hate to nitpick, but it was a little pricy. They need to upload their newest menu because a lot of the stuff I saw on the menu here was not on the new one, and all the items were a bit more expensive than shown here. The wings were $12. The cocktails listed were also really pricy and sugary, they have a full bar and were able to do a simple cocktail for less though! I would try this place again but get something different.
