I had a fantastic experience at the Bridgewater wines and dines this past Saturday, and it was entirely thanks to Tony. He wasn’t just fast; he was genuinely attentive, making eye contact and smiling at every customer.
I ordered an espresso martini first and then a margarita, and he perfectly crafted it with the right balance and presentation. His recommendations and passion for his craft are a big reason I’ll be back. He even took the time to chat with me for a moment and make me feel welcome, which was a nice personal touch that elevated the entire experience. Such a cool little place and I definitely will be back!

Our first experience was amazing! Great service and the food was stellar! So much so, that we made plans to return. Our second time ordering was take out and again the brussel sprouts were terrific! Today, we could not dine in, as a surprise for my mother, I ordered take-out dessert. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! I paid $21.19 for two toll house cookies and 1 and a half scoops of ice milk! I feel bamboozled! Maybe the chef is more concerned with the dine-in’s; maybe the menu is app and entree concentrated. I cannot imagine this coming to the table as an acceptable dish.

I think the atmosphere is tacky. I wouldn’t want to eat surrounded by a bunch of overpriced wine. One star for having a to go order and when I walk in nobody bother’s to acknowledge I exist. Poor customer service. Not to mention I had to wait another five minutes after I got acknowledged to even get the order.

We decided to try Bridgewater Wine and Dines tonight in there new spot. While the place is awesome inside we were not thrilled with the food. I was craving a steak and my husband got the short ribs. My steak was $60 and definitely not worth it!!!! My husband said he has had better short ribs else where. We don’t mind paying but this steak was tasteless. I have gotten a better steak at Longhorn and Texas Roadhouse and paid a lot less. I will say it was cooked medium rare as I asked for and the Mac and cheese was delicious and my wine was awesome. Our bill $150 for two people. We won’t be back. But I guess you don’t know until you try it. I don’t feel we should have to pay for their new place. We will keep buying our steaks at Costco far superior!!

A friend and I stopped in after 3:00 recently and came upon 1/2 priced appetizers at the bar. Dana, our server was gracious and attentive and helped with our selections. We chose the crispy yet tender brussel sprouts along with the buratta. Moist and creamy mozzarella with olive oil and basil. Lastly, we had the baked brie, which came out in a small skillet with nuts and berries baked inside. The warm toasted bread slices were perfect. We enjoyed all 3 and I highly recommend this place. Also, they have a retail wine shop.

This review concerns a gift basket ordered online. Kudos to Chloé for ensuring a beautiful custom basket was crafted and delivered. Chloé went over and above to follow up on my wine preferences. She sent emails and phoned to make sure I knew the status of my order. And the price was exceptionally reasonable for the quality and value of the gift. My NC friend loved it! It really did exceed expectations. Thank you, Chloé and Bridgewater staff, for handling this so well!

Delicious food and friendly staff. I do not recommend the charcuterie board, unless you are a cheese and meat connoisseur, because the least you’ll spend on it is $30 and the amount is far from worth it. Entrees and salads are decent portions though. I’d recommend anyone going for wine to go on Saturday for the wine tasting. The wine flights could benefit from more selection instead of a set 4 wines per flight.
