The bartenders were so rude! It was my birthday and I had a bad experience with them. The music was good.

Only losers will give this place a bad review.
This is the best it’s gona get for a little town. It’s so much fun. It’s tiny but you have 2 rooms with 2 very different vibes. Live music or a club scene w pole dancing lol. We went there every single night we stayed in vail. We pregame at a bar , then head to Bridge Street bar.
Bartenders were nice. Door guy saw so many days that he stopped charging us $10 to get in.
We bought bottles one night. We had a blast.

Bartenders were efficient and doing amazing for the abundance of people being tended to! (It did take awhile to get a drink though). This place was just an awful experience for me. Gratuity is automatically added to bill (just informing). The crowd that was here were atrocious to me and the place is very small.

They just don’t care anymore. This is meant to be Vail’s best place for nightlife and it was underwhelming at best. Was going to get a table for New Years, but I’m not waisting anymore money at this place. I’m a long time vail local, been going here for ages, but something has changed and for the worse.

Bartenders are not trained very well on Customer Service, Pour-Count (Every drinks I had was a different pour count which could be saving or costing the business money), or anything remotely close to being a good bartender. Maybe it was just the night, but I felt more like a nuisance than a wanted customer.

I’m never one to wave down a bartender, I observe and saw they were pretty busy and will always be patient with that. But, when they lose there patience just looking at a customer, I’ll spend money elsewhere.

Check out all the reviews, they never reply to good or bad reviews and could probably care less.

Been out here for 3 years. Showed them my mailing address, library card, and employee id and would still not give me a local card. Fun spot if you’re into clubbing and such but I don’t think I’ll be back again based on my recent experience. The guy just seemed like he had a bad day and did not want to let me in. He’s just doing his job so I get it. Maybe he’s going through something.

Most fun you’ll find in Vail!
They have two music rooms one DJ (Stripper pole inside) and one live. Great drink prices and great staff!
Brought my wedding guests here after my wedding and it was the best time ever! I reached out to see if they would be open that night which they typically weren’t but they opened up which we are super appreciative of! So much fun, all of my out of town family and friends loved this place! Thanks so much Bridge Street!

Has a stripper pole and they do Latino night Wednesday and Sunday which is great it gets packed, the rest of the week it’s pretty average. They close at 2am but I guess that’s the best you can expect in Vail. It’s a pretty small place so if it gets packed expect to wait outside in the cold for a few minutes. The Latino night is my saving grace in this boring quiet mountain town

I was there last night with some friends and I went to get out of the crowd in this little nook by an emergency entrance. I was standing there a few minutes and I decide I’m going to leave. As I’m walking out one of your bartenders grabs my jacked and pulls it toward him.
Very insistent that I just came through the emergency entrance, which by the way has a big sign that says will alarm if opened. I explained to him I was standing there trying to get out of the crowd. His response was okay have a good night. At that point I’m pretty flustered as this bartender is about a foot taller and strong that me. I told him calmly that hey its really not okay to grab people. There are easily other ways that could have been handled. All I was met was “I didn’t pull you hard” and “that’s what we have to do to get people attention”.
I wanted to bring this to light as your bartenders lack manners as a lot of people on here have said and need more training in high crowd high stress situations clearly.

Bought a locals card and then was told they don’t use them anymore about a month later because they’re “trying to make extra payments”. No warning at all. Sure the music and vibe are great, but a $10 cover every time for some of the worst bartender service in vail? Nah lol
