Brickyard Hollow Brewing Company is a great spot for delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the sausage, mushroom, and onion pizza, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

Brickyard Hollow brewery was a must stop! We had two pizzas the blueberry and the mac and cheese/ pork pizza and each had a unique flavor but well balanced. They had sparkling waters as well that were amazing!

Pizza was great and the Brussels sprouts were plentiful. The beers were good too and had the bricktoberfest.

Casual, pick up your food at the counter style restaurant. I’m not personally a fan of ordering via QR code online platform, but I understand. My brussels sprouts were overdone, but the pizza was good. Overall, we thought it was fine.

I don’t know anything about the beer or the pizza. But I did have to stop midway through eating my Seoul Bowl just so that I could review this place. IT’S OUTSTANDING

Excellent pizza and local IPA which we really enjoyed on Friday night. Pizzas are huge and really good – pepperoni was my favourite but the margarita was great too. Loved the local IPAs & it’s in a great spot, very convenient to walk from our local hotel. Highly recommended

Went in for dinner after a day of hiking and photography and found a table to set up at with our laptop to review photos over a drink and food. Noise level was low and the dining area spacious which was great for our purpose.

Ordered the meatball sub and a pizza that was half chicken bacon ranch and half blueberry lemon rosemary ricotta. I definitely recommend the half n half combo so you can have your savory slices and then finish with something for neutral/sweet. The beer options were great and we wish we had time in our trip to visit twice.

Long time customer of Brickyard Hollow and usually a great experience and food. The person who took my order said we had no rewards points which was not the case. Spent 104.78 for 2 kids and 2 adults which i would have been happy to do if the service and food was halway decent. There was 1 table occupied when we went in for dinner. Our usual pizza we got tasted sour, fries not cooked all the way. I asked for a sauce at the counter and when the person asked the cook for it he asked ” why are people so needy”. I will never give Brickyard Hollow another penny of my hard earned money. Dont waste your time, you can get better food and service anywhere else in Freeport.

I never review anything, but coming into brickyard hollow I had to. The food was incredible, portions large and tasty pizza, as well as the service. The staff member that took my order was very helpful and attentive. The only downside was how cold the building was.

Casual self seating environment. You can order directly from your table via a QR code. Gluten free crust available. They have sandwiches and soda/beer. Glad we stopped here for lunch! Shout out to the employee who rescued us from a bee with their raquet zapper.
