I love this place—from the easy parking to the great service and amazing food. We truly enjoyed our experience.

We started with the artichoke as an appetizer, followed by crab cakes and steak for our entrées, and finished with a chocolate cake for dessert. Every dish was perfectly prepared and delicious.

We’re already looking forward to going back soon.
100% recommended!

We celebrated our anniversary here last night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special—especially our server, Juliet, who was incredibly lovely, patient, and thorough when explaining the specials. We started with the Shanghai shrimp and calamari, both of which were excellent. For our entrees, we enjoyed the steak frites and the chicken ricotta, and everything was beautifully prepared and flavorful. A thoughtful highlight of the night was the handwritten anniversary note signed by the staff, which truly meant a lot to us. Great food, great service, and a memorable experience we will definitely be back.

We were happy we planned ahead because the restaurant was buzzing even early Friday afternoon. The energy in the room was fun and welcoming, making the experience feel special right away. While the service took a bit of time, the food more than made up for it. I was looking for something crisp and refreshing and the Sirloin meatloaf with Brussels and mashed that was exactly what I needed. Light, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. A great spot for both the food and the vibe.

This meal felt like a culinary adventure! The ambiance was casual but classy. We ate outside in a hot day but the deck was effectively ventilated and quite comfortable. We did have a short wait so I recommend a reservation if you don’t want to be delayed. Service was attentive without being intrusive. The menu was full of unique options in a wide range of prices. I was overall very impressed and will definitely dine again!

In town for business and decided to take a crack at the restaurant and so glad that I did. The entire experience was amazing and I my server Lani was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Asked Lani what she would recommend and her choices (lobster bisque, steak frites, and bread pudding) were exactly on point. Food was delicious and atmosphere chill for a Monday evening. Great experience and appreciative of such great customer service.

Love this place! So many delicious things and the staff is top notch! Def recommend getting a reservation.
The yum yum roll is fantastic, it’s topped w thin strips of rare filet, crispy shrimp tempera and asparagus inside, crunchy topping, spicy mayo and eel sauce on top of the roll make each bite a delight! Spicy, crunchy, creamy and perfect!
Fantastic mashed potatoes topped w melted butter right before serving, so many great things on a small menu. I go there weekly just for the yum yum roll.

I had an incredible dining experience at Bricktops in Frontenac, MO, and I can confidently say it deserves a five-star rating! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and upscale, setting the perfect stage for a delightful meal.

The menu offers a fantastic selection of dishes, and everything we ordered was truly delicious and beautifully presented. Each bite was packed with flavor, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the ingredients used.

What made this visit extra special was our server, Kaitlyn. Her attention to detail and outstanding service took our experience to the next level. Kaitlyn was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. She offered great recommendations and was genuinely passionate about the menu.

If you’re looking for a wonderful dining experience in the Frontenac area, I highly recommend Bricktops. The combination of delicious food and exceptional service from Kaitlyn makes it a must-visit spot. Five stars all the way!

The dining room was beautiful, the food was delicious. We were there for Sunday brunch and I ordered the Brioche French Toast, which was very good. My cousin ordered deviled eggs for the table twice! That’s how good they were.
Usually in a place that large That’s completely full, the noise level is ridiculous. But not there. We were able to enjoy our conversation without shouting to be heard. Everyone in our party of 10 enjoyed ourselves.

So glad we had a reservation because at 1pm on a Friday it was packed. Service was a little slow but the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was lively. I needed something light and refreshing and their cabrese with burrata hit the spot!

May 24, 2025 – Friday night – we ate on the patio which is quieter. The food seems to be getting better and more generous. Two appetizers – deviled eggs + bacon and artichokes were fun to eat and tasty. The baked potatoes were mountainous and the mashed potatoes were delicious. We shared one carrot cake between the 5 of us as it is very sweet. Others loved their filet, while I had the chicken which was excellent. We had to bag our own leftovers which is a change from the past when it was done for us.

Sept. 1, 2024 – Sunday Brunch – waffles are more like dessert – delicious. Two added extras – we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and they came out with a birthday card signed by all the servers. Also when they topped off our tea, they brought an extra glass of ice. Nice touches to make the experience even more pleasant.

July 11, 2024 – Wow – what a nice lunch. Even the iced tea and bread was good. Cost $28.25/person, but it was delicious. They even bag up your leftovers for you and put it in a nice paper bag.
I got the salmon, a nice sized piece and substituted the twice baked potato for the broccoli. My wife had a lunch salad with blackened shrimp. The other friends had the Cobb salad and the Palm salad.

We had the meatloaf, parmesan chicken and caesar salad with blackened shrimp. All were tasty. Interesting that they don’t put out the usual basket of bread. (2nd visit – They now ask you if you want bread.) When we left about 1 pm, the place was packed and quite noisy. We got there close to 11am. (2nd visit – a booth against the wall is quieter.) If you’re looking for a quiet eating experience, this is not the place. The char-grilled broccolini was tasty, but the stems were too hard to eat. (2nd visit – broccolini was still hard) They need to cook the broccolini one extra minute. I’m changing my ranking from 4 to 5 stars since this meal was almost perfect.
Another visit on Sunday was only serving a brunch menu. I noticed that they did offer a hamburger so I asked if they had a vegan burger – they do. It’s not your typical Impossible burger, but is a mixture of grains. They gave the burger a nice crust which made it taste great. If you’re ok with a grain based burger, then you will like it. They also substituted thin fries (terrific) instead of eggs. The rest of my family had the typical brunch fair and liked it all.
