All the bad reviews are for the old name/owners. Business established 2024. I almost didn’t order because of the horrible reviews. Glad I didn’t. This is now my number 1 Favorite pizza place.
My first Impression: Let’s start off with the boxes coming with a sealed sticker & with branded box! I like knowing that the driver didn’t have access to my food.
Pricing is good and Typical of what I would expect to spend.
Pizza is Excellent. Thin with a ton of cheese. I did have the herb seasoning today verse butter from my last order. I prefer the herb seasoning on the crust. Kicks the pizza up with flavor. Even tho I don’t typically eat the crust of any pizza. Pizza sauce is not over powering. Both times I’ve ordered There’s been a perfect amount of Pizza sauce.
Ordered the Cheesy pepperoni breadsticks. Almost like the pizza. Not thick bread sticks. But overall very good. My son loved them.
Ranch is good. Looks homemade, but not 100%. On the thin side(not like water) the way I like it.
Butter garlic sauce – this is the only thing I wouldn’t recommend. Not made in house. I have been very conscious about checking ingredients. I have the Yuka app and well versed on garbage Ingredients. The amount of Additives is insane in this little cup. This sauce is filled with Junk. Store needs to find a new supplier. How hard is it to make butter with garlic dip?
I highly recommend trying the is pizza place. I had DoorDash deliver both times. I had no contact with the employees so I can’t comment on any experience with pick up or ordering over the phone. Both drivers I’ve had had no issues with picking up and getting here on time.

Large pizza, beef pepperoni, banana peppers, extra sauce, well done…..AMAZING….I LITERALLY BURNED THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH, Because it was SOOOOO GOOD….WELL WORTH IT. Will definitely come back!!!!

I have tried many pizzas, including Hungry Howie’s, but Toarmina’s up until writing this review, 06.18.24 was the freshest. Pizza was light and tasty. Prices were affordable!
Also, I had no heartburn.

Though I am also a fan of pizza at Gilbert’s Lodge for different reasons(value and deep dish), Brick’s Pizza, formerly Toarmina’s has the best tasting pizza dough out of ANY chain. After the first day, it still tastes as fresh, the food is always perfectly cooked, piping hot, and all natural ingredients. You will NEVER want Little Caesar’s or Pizza Hut again after trying the pizza here.
The employees are always super friendly and happy to see us walk in. Always strike up a conversation and never annoyed at any of my mom’s requests, and this is why I always leave a tip here whenever I order. It’s worth it and the people here deserve recognition.
We always dine in, and they bring the food to us, even if it was left on the counter I’d be ok with it, we always eat inside and love the decorations.

ZERO STARS. I placed a pickup order Friday evening for a large 2 topping pizza, salad, and cheese bread. I arrived to pick up my order 25 minutes later and the cashier couldn’t find the order. I waited another 25 minutes and the pizza was incorrect, it didn’t have bacon. They took the pizza to the back and slapped some bacon on it and gave it back. The bacon was not cooked with the pizza and was cold and falling all over the place. I asked for more cheese on my salad and was told they’re out of cheese. My CHEESE bread was basically cheese less and BURNT. I called and request a refund but was told to come back Sunday to get my order replaced by Shaquille, who identified himself as a manger. I hope they keep their word and New Ownership get it right this time.

Hard-working girl you have called Shay. She is the only one working in the store on Super Bowl Sunday on Woodward. You need to get her some help. Your 30 inch boxes are totally inadequate. I tried carrying out a 3 inch pizza and couldn’t get it through the door with all the cheese sliding off of it. Don’t sell a 30 inch pizza if you can’t supply a box that will safely get the pie home in one piece. Spoke with you at your store when you first opened up in Eastpointe on your new management. You said you were gonna get pizza ovens. Well tonight you still have the same old conveyor belt system. When are the bricks coming. There is many competitors in the Pizza world if you keep working shape to death you’re not going to make it.

I ordered take out for a small BLT pizza (lettuce on the side) & a BYO calzone. I ate the calzone and it was AMAZING!!! The crust was flaky and buttery and crusted with cheese, and everything I wanted was inside!! My boyfriend said the BLT pizza was equally as good and LOVED it!! Thank you Loren (& so sorry for misspelling if I did); but thank you for taking our order so carefully and making such an amazing dinner for us!!! We will definitely be repeat customers and suggesting to our friends ❤️

Waited just over an hour n a half for delivery. Then our antipasto salad, requested no olives, shows up like this? Who puts green olives in an antipasto and drenches it in dressing to be delivered????? Won’t be back.
