Bricks has some of the best wood fire pizza that I have ever had. The crust was absolutely perfect on each of the three pizzas that we ordered. We got the focaccia di robiola as an appetizer. The creamy cheese spread was delicious. We also got the Capricciosa, Hot Honey, and Luna pizzas. All of them were unbelievable and had the best quality toppings.

Run don’t walk! We have passed this place a dozen times and i’m not sure why! This is easily the best pizza I have ever had.In my life! I lived in Chicago for a few years. And hit lots of pizzerias, this reminds me of back there. Wow, the crust on the Pizza is amazing. They offer fantastic combinations for everyone. I have to say you must check this place out.

My wife wanted pizza at the last minute before they closed. I ordered over the phone, and the server was super friendly. We got the spicy honey pizza and the chocolate cake. Both were delicious! It is hard to find a good pizza place around here, but this one is going to be the new spot for us. Delicious, even though it was a last-minute to-go order. I am definitely coming back to try other flavors.

Brick’s is awesome! The food is top notch, and service is fast and friendly. Crust is so crispy and delicious. Their classic flavors are great but I really enjoy their unique creations. The Autumn blaze we just had was super good! We stop in whenever we are in the area.

As soon as I walked in I could tell these people really care about what they’re doing.
This is now one of my favorite pizza places in Wisconsin, and I get all over. Flavors are on point, service is very warm and friendly, in a very clean, inviting environment.
The only constructive criticism I have is I’d like the crust to be a little more firm a foundation, but when it tastes this good I’m ok with it
I highly recommend giving them a try, I will be back!

We truly had a wonderful experience at this local pizzeria place. This service was wonderful and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing. Awesome ’80s music playing in the background. Not too loud where you can still hear the person you’re with to talk. The food was great. Definitely you should check this place out.

We stopped in on a whim on a Saturday night while in town on vacation. The very nice hostess told us that on Friday and Saturday nights they suggest reservations. They happen to have a reservation no show and we had lucked out. We ordered the wrapped asparagus for a starter. Wow! Was it delicious. For pizza we chose to build our own with bricks sausage and pepperoni along with ricotta and parmesan. It was absolutely amazing. Some of the best pizza we’ve ever had. The staff were all so friendly and the atmosphere was quality. We will be back!

Had Bricks for the first time and I definitely will be back. I ordered the Tomato basil soup, a Gorgonzola salad and a pizza. All three were phenomenal and I’m very picky. Locally sourced ingredients, great service and very friendly staff. Definitely my new Go-To in Hudson.

This is one of my top pizza places! My favorite is the hot honey pizza and I add fresh arugula on top after the bake.
I went this time with some friends and had the stuffed mushrooms for the first time. Wow they are probably some of the best I’ve ever had! They ordered some salads and they were HUGE! The salads were fresh and come really a nicely rosemary seasoned crunchy flatbread.
They do have an option for gluten free pizza as well.
The service is so so, not horrible but not really. They seemed like really young kids. But, the quality of the food makes up for it!
Definitely a must try establishment but I would recommend going at an off time or call ahead because the restaurant is pretty small.
