Had a hot coffee and basket of coconut shrimp here. The coconut shrimp was yummy, and the coffee was strong and hot enough for me to fight the cold while walking around the river.
Customer service was great with a white girl. She was gentle and friendly. While another black girl was mean and rude. It seemed like she did not want to be here on Sunday.
The cafe shop was clean and organized. This is a pet friendly spot, too. Will come back next time.

If you need a good, juicy burger, look no further! The Brickmakers Cafe Brickmaker Burger and Jr. Brickmaker Burger is delicious! The burger comes with the usual ingredients lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and a fresh bun. The meal comes with fries, and it’s a handful I can tell you. Our kiddos ordered chicken tenders and fries, which also came with a side of Cole slaw. The staff “Mr. Hassan” was very polite, professional and friendly. Gave us a rundown on the menu since this was our first time. The location is spectacular, with both inside and outside seating. There are 180 degree scenic views of the water and the friendly ducks, geese were running around as well. The prices were reasonable and there is beer and wine available if you so indulge. Would recommend a total 10/10 for food, service and comfort. Enjoy!

The 2 young gentlmen who greeted and waited on my wife and I were very upbeat, positive, and helpful. The food was great. Calamari cooked perfectly, crisp and still soft inside. The double burger was one of the best I’ve had in this area. 2 real beef patties, and the bun was awesome. My wife couldn’t stop talking about how good her salad was and the view? Our first time stopping by after an orthopedic appointment. It was sooooo good. This will be a stop after each appointment. I’m definitely trying the coconut shrimp next time.

Wow! Such an out-of-the-way place with good food. Very casual atmosphere. You can sit inside or out. My salad was very fresh and tasted great! Don’t forget to visit the Turning Point Suffragist monument, just across the road.

Heyyy Lorton, long time no see. I love this area for fishing, not many catches but it is definitely a great spot for the family to come and enjoy nature. This cafe is situated near pavilion 1. Clean, great customer service and the food is GOOD! Not too expensive but you will spend at least $25. Come around 2pm that is when happy hour starts. They also have an outside patio where you can enjoy your meal if you don’t want to be inside.

Wonderful location overlooking the Occoquan River. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Nice small varied menu with sandwiches, salads, grilled meats and seafood fare. My salad was fresh and delicious. The river view was so peaceful. Lots of free parking , boat launch below Café. Come relax and enjoy.
