Pizza perfection worth the drive.
Friday night is pizza night for us, and coming from the suburbs of Philadelphia, I’ll admit—I’m a bit of a pizza snob. While visiting Bradford County, PA for the weekend, my wife and I did our homework, checked reviews, and decided to make a 25-minute drive into New York for pizza.
It was absolutely worth it.
This is hands-down one of the best pies we’ve ever had. The sauce is outstanding—rich, balanced, and full of flavor. The roasted peppers were phenomenal, and the dough was everything you want: perfectly cooked, with just the right texture and chew.
If distance weren’t an issue, we’d be here every Friday. Truly a slice of heaven and a must-visit if you’re anywhere nearby.

Have been to Brickhouse 3 times now and each time I’m impressed with the quality of everything. We have tried their pizza, sandwiches, meatballs, arancini, zeppolis. We’re making good progress at trying our way through the menu. Nowhere nearby can compete with a wood fired pizza oven and it’s not even close. Prices are very reasonable for what you get as well. Service is so friendly. I get why they don’t, but the only thing is I wish they took credit card tips because I often don’t have cash in my wallet and I feel bad having to get them next time because I forgot.

Our first visit was just excitement of trying a new spot, but we were absolutely blown away by the culinary talent on display. You could tell immediately upon entry that this place was the real deal. From the perfectly charred pizzas to the best meatballs that I’ve ever had at a restaurant, you can really taste the quality and talent in everything.

This is quite possibly some of the best pizza I’ve had, certainly in this area. The sauce is fresh and sweet. The pepperoni added the perfect amount of spice. The garlic was delicious without being overpowering. You can tell all the ingredients are fresh and made with care.
The employee at the counter was sweet and friendly. I would advise they only accept cash tips currently which is a shame only because I would have loved to have left a tip.
The only negative I could possibly provide is that the pizzas are on the small side, but after tasting them I can hardly complain. If you’re looking for good pizza in this area it’s definitely worth stopping in.

Still in their soft opening, we decided to give Brickhouse a try today – and boy are we glad we did. We ordered the traditional pie, “Hot Farmer,” meatballs, and arancini. All were absolutely fabulous. Then, to our surprise, the chef sent us out a complimentary chicken cutlet that was so crisp and so delicious! I told the owners I wish I could give them some constructive feedback but they’re truly doing everything right. The location even looks clean and stylish inside. A side note – I know a lot of people in the area aren’t accustomed to brick oven pie, but don’t be scared of a little bit of char on your pizza – it’s great and doesn’t lend a “burnt” flavor the way the uninitiated might expect. This place is EXACTLY the authentic pizza joint the Owego area has been missing.

Absolutely delicious. I’m not generally a sauce person, but the flavor so amazing that I wouldn’t have minded even more. The pepperoni and white garlic were by far the best I’ve had in this area. A little pricey for the size, but 100% worth it.

We have been here several times over the last few months. Everything is excellent, from the pizzas to garlic knots and zeppoles. We do pizza every Friday night, and this place is now in the rotation. Their menu has been expanding. We can’t wait to try the sandwiches. Also, the service is great as well. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
