We’ve always had good food here when ordering to go. However, on our visit to dine in on 1/31/26 for a birthday dinner our experience wasn’t the best and the food was sub par.

We had a party of 7 and at least 4 of them were unhappy with how the meat was cooked or portion sizes for price.

I had a medium pizza and was very pleased.

Wait staff were friendly, environment was nice and bathrooms were clean!

One of the best places to eat in Washington. The owners are the most kind and welcoming people you’d meet. Top notch staff. This place can get busy so you need to be patient sometimes but it’s worth it. Don’t let an extra few minute wait ruin your experience. Call ahead for a reservation if you’re in a hurry.

Above average prices.
Below average food.
Burgers at about $16 each are bland and forgettable. Fries are floppy, soggy, and unseasoned.
Burnt ends appetizer was brisket cut into cubes. They were not caramelized, and the sauce served on the side. They were decent, but that’s not what burnt ends are.

$83+ for 2 burgers, 2 kids meals, 1 app, and 1 beer, which would be okay if it didn’t all taste like Applebees.

I really like this place. The cheese curds were probably the best I’ve ever had legit. Huge portion, perfect crispy to melty cheesy ratio. Highly recommend! The sweet potato fries are waffle cut and super delish also. Decent pulled pork and sauce options. I didn’t care for the Cuban as it was a thick slice of fatty ham, so I just took that off. Also, the ciabatta roll was very soft and it didn’t hold the weight of the meat well, I’d recommend toasting or grilling it, ciabatta is best crispy crunchy style. I wish I had gotten the pulled pork sandwich because it looked great across the table lol the coleslaw and pickles made it and he liked it alot. Service was excellent and the decor is just really cool. Very eclectic, antique but modern at the same time vibes. I’d go again if back in town for sure!

Brickhouse BBQ – Burgers – Brews: A Carnivore’s Paradise!

From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a treat! The cozy, creatively decorated atmosphere—with its charming little shack and a collection of antiques—made me feel like I had wandered into a BBQ wonderland. ✨ And then… THE SMELL. The sweet, smoky aroma of hardwood smoke wrapped around me like a warm hug. If deliciousness had a scent, this would be it.

The Food? Oh, baby…
Let’s talk onion rings. These weren’t just onion rings; they were a tower of golden perfection! Sweet onions, freshly cut and hand-battered to crispy glory, paired with garlic aïoli that dreams are made of. I may or may not have considered licking the bowl… no judgment, please.

Now, for the MAIN EVENT—the hand-breaded pork tenderloin. ️ Let me tell you, I have never had one quite like this! The crunch? PERFECT. The seasoning? ON POINT. If there were a tenderloin Olympics, this one would be taking home the gold medal. Trust me, I’m in multiple Facebook tenderloin groups (yes, that’s a thing), and this one is legendary.

Drinks & More
Whether you’re into draft beers, domestics, or fancy cocktails, Brickhouse has you covered! Their drink selection is solid, and their menu is loaded with BBQ goodness, mouthwatering burgers, and perfectly smoked meats.

If you love great food, great vibes, and a friendly staff that makes you feel at home, this is your spot. 10/10 recommend!

We were seated quickly and the staff was attentive and friendly. Our app came out and drinks were refreshed consistently; the main courses were taking a little time but nothing we noticed being too long. A manager or owner came over and apologied, explained the issue that happened in the kitchen thet got our order backlogged. We were offered money off our order or a skillet cookie. When the food came it was hot and delicious. And we took the cookie to-go! Definitely recommend this very kindly run establishment.

The food was just ok. It wasn’t anything fancy. It isn’t bad. It is just a pretty meal.. We ordered a grilled cheese, cheeseburger with fries, turkey club, cheeseburger with sautéed onions and mushrooms with fries, and burnt ends. The burnt ends were a bit dry and all of the food was lacking flavor.
The service was great. The food came in a timely manner. This is the place to go for sports! They had quite a few TV’s on all over the inside. There is outdoor dining during warmer weather.
The parking lot is not very big. There is no way a semi or RV could fit.. I had to wait for a car to leave before I could park and the restaurant wasn’t even half full.

I never write reviews but I feel this is the time I do so. Anyways, I went to Brickhouse on 11/22/25 with my wife and family. Everything was going great until I had to send back my burnt ends because of how dry they were. The texture was very well done and after chewing what seemed to be forever I decided to send them back. The server Gabby was very understanding and very nice about the situation. Well, about 3-5 min later an older gentleman came out with the burnt ends and asked who had them. Then lectured me on how they weren’t wrong and that’s how they cook them and that they weren’t going to refund us. Very rude and quite frankly the worst I’ve ever been talked to by a restaurant employee/owner. I told the gentleman I’ve had burnt ends before and they’ve never been that dry and he seemed to not care and never offered an apology. Very disappointed how the situation was handled and will be telling people I know about the situation and will never step foot in this establishment again. And I will be sure to let me friends and family know that’s how Brickhouse treats their customers…. p.s the review would be much worse if it weren’t for how our waitress handled the situation. Hopefully you treat your workers better than you do your customers. Thanks Gabby.
