The service and bartender were great — super friendly and attentive! The food, however, was just okay. My husband ordered the hamburger steak, but it didn’t have much flavor. The bartender noticed and, without us even asking, didn’t charge for the meal and gave an extra $5 off. Such a thoughtful gesture and great customer service — that alone deserves credit. We’d give the food another try just because of how well they handled it!

I came for the onion rings. The pictures and reviews didn’t do them justice. I, hands down, have never had a better onion ring. That said, the black and blue burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. Also tried the steak and was told it was delicious too. The sides were seasoned and prepared just as well as the rest of the meal. The service was excellent. The place was packed for a Wednesday evening.

Stopped in here for dinner tonight. Bartender was super friendly and inviting. Food was good. I had a bowl of potato soup that was ok. The side salad i ordered was bigger than anticipated. Even 2 sides if dressing with out asking which was nice.

Last night, my family of eight visited Brickhouse without a reservation, and we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us on short notice, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
Our server was attentive, friendly, and efficient, handling our large group with ease. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. The food was outstanding. Each dish was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were incredible. It’s clear that the cook takes great pride in their work, and we appreciate their dedication to quality. The grilled chicken wings were amazing! They took extra special care of my husband’s food restrictions and Alpha-gal allergy which is not easy for most restaurants to do! Bartender was fantastic as well, easily accommodating all of my special requests!
Overall, our experience at Brickhouse was fantastic. The combination of excellent service and delicious food made for a memorable evening. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a lovely & relaxed dining experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our family dinner so special!

I ordered their bellyful burger and it literally comes with nothing but meat and bread. I called to see if this was an error and they said you have to manually select it online. However, their chosen order on the web app acts like it comes with everything and that you have to say that you don’t want something. For example, the photos below say ‘select your side’ as the first selection and then ‘burger no’ as the next selection. It doesn’t make any sense.
Huge disappointment. They didn’t offer a refund for their poor operational decisions.

What they describe as selection is incorrect as shown by the uploaded screenshots. It clearly says ‘select your side’ and then ‘burger no’ ingredient. Lying in the response should give you an idea how they operate. Let the proof speak for itself!
I couldn’t come back as I was well on the highway. The establishment should have gotten it right the first time.
I also forgot to mention that I stood there for almost 10 minutes until someone finally came over to help me get my online order. As someone who is pressed for time, this is not a place I would ever go to again.

We stayed at the hotel right behind the restaurant and were pleased to have a place within walking distance. We arrived not long after they opened and there was only one table occupied. It filled up quickly while we were dining and I understood why. The waitress greeted us in a very friendly manner and cheerfully answered questions about the menu. I had the cheese sandwich and fries he had fish. The sandwich was delicious, cooked perfectly with a nice blend of cheeses, bacon and onions the fires were crispy outside soft inside, perfectly cooked. He had fish, he said it was delicious and enjoyed it thoroughly. It did not have heavy breading which he prefers. The serving was so large he was unable to finish it. We would definitely return again if in the area.

This place is lackluster at best. There were about four other tables when we, a party of two, came in. There were two servers as well. The bidder took our drink order since she noticed we had been waiting awhile. The food was good and quick but not worth $20 a plate. The kicked for the 3-star rating is I was asked if we were ready for the check, and I said yes, which then took 17 minutes to get it-I was on my phone and that time so yes, I timed it. So, definitely not the place to go if you want a quick dining experience, which thankfully we weren’t in a hurry, but yeah…

This bar and grill has a nice clean atmosphere. Prompt friendly wait staff. The food I wasn’t impressed with. I ordered wings for starter and one of only two burger dishes they offer. My appetizer wings came at the same time my burger came. The wings were ok. I’ve had better. Now the burger they claim to be fresh ground beef. No where close. They are def frozen, fresh is not frozen. Dry as heck and no flavor. Sorry but BK has better burgers. I will come back when I can to try some other entrees.

I usually check the newest reviews for places I’m unfamiliar with, which is partly how we ended up here. Great location right in front of the hotel. Really enjoyed our food: ultimate grilled cheese sandwich and a Philly cheese steak. Loaded potato soup was good, especially after I added sour cream. Felt honored to have service from Kylie, who was specifically mentioned in several recent posts – and for good reason! She was the hostess who seated us, our server, and also the busser! She did all that while providing great service.

First let me say service was friendly and tried her best to fix the situation.
However, I ordered a 12oz sirloin well done. As you can see in the photos both sides were charred black which ruined the steak.
I asked the server to remake the steak. She agreed it was burnt. Another lady came out with her and said the owner said this blackened steak was made to well done and she wouldn’t remake it.
I’m positive on vacation buying a nice meal for her family she wouldn’t feel this is a top notch, by the book well done steak.
