40 minute wait for a pizza and a sandwich. They make two pizzas at a time, they have two cashiers standing there doing nothing. We order at the kiosk. The manager or chef pops in makes two pizzas and then leaves. They don’t even have a full oven and they have tickets lining up. A 40 minute ticket time is unacceptable, especially for a pizza that takes less than 2 minutes to prep and 10 minutes to bake. Do not waste your time.

I ordered at the kiosk and went to pick up our order. The cashier, red braids, had the poorest attitude! There was a line of people waiting, everyone was patiently waiting but the cashier just kept being rude to everyone. I thought my name was called so I went to counter and right away she asked for my text, I told her I didn’t receive one. She rudely dismissed me and rudely told me she will call me when my order was ready. Worst service ever!

Best option in the food court for the casino mozzarella sticks are tasty pizza is not top tier but very good. Best thing about losing your money at hard rock cause let’s face it there casino is the stingiest
