I’m not rating the food I’m rating the quality of service. We came in and were told to sit anywhere we wanted, no big deal, not a deal breaker by any means, but once we sat down that’s when the issues started. We watched two tables come in after us, both were given menus, drinks, AND had their orders taken before we were even given menus. Ten minutes passed by before our waiter came by and that was only because we had to flag down a waitress to find him. He took our drink order and we asked for menus that never came. Another ten minutes passed before he came back and he asked us what we wanted to eat, but we had been here for twenty minutes without a menu. He finally brought our daughter’s drink out seven minutes after ours and my wife had to wait for another refill because she had to share hers while we waited. We’ve waited 25 minutes and only one of two appetizers have come out. 40 minutes total since placing the order and the meals finally came out and we’re still waiting for our second appetizer. We’re about to ask for a togo box and leave. My wife had to change our infant on the seat of a toilet because there was no place to even do that. It’s miserably hot and this was just not good service, we came in with really high hopes, but were so disappointed. The food was great, but not worth what we went through. Almost an hour and a half to just go home with our food in a box.

Once upon a time, this was an Okemah landmark. Then a new owner came in and decided to build a business model based on running off the competition and even trying to appropriate their name and spread the rumor that they closed.

Backhanded business techniques that do not belong anywhere, let alone in this wonderful Oklahoma community.

Very good food. If in Okemah and want some feel good food instead of fast food. I would have given it 5 stars but it takes a while to get the food. (Order the Pork chops) Huge portions.

Super shady venue. The owner likes to publicly slander other business to eliminate his competition. Musicians beware. This is NOT a good place to play.

Great food and service. The real Joe is the manager now and Betty doesn’t allow bad food in or out of the kitchen.

Its a rather good place, service was nice, so was the decorations, but there were a couple things wrong with the food not major things but still enough that someone would notice

Used to be a great place, new owner is disgusting. I won’t step foot in here as long as he owns it.
