Just moved to placid lakes and tried to order a pizza for my birthday and was met with the rudest rep. They sounded high as a kite on phone and couldn’t understand that when I pay with card to make it an even amount for tip included (75.00). They said 75.06. I asked politely why and was met with “because where else am I going to get the .06 cents from.” I responded with, “from tip.” There attitude was extremely rude and showed no value for their customers. Is all placid lakes this rude? “Just canceled my order,” I said. “Fine… BYE,” they responded. Lol

After weeks of battling covid my mom and dad finally felt well enough to eat something other then soups and liquids!! Of course they wanted pizza so we called and placed the order off I went to pick it up..get home only to be disappointed the pizza is burnt…I understand accidents happen I call and let them know about the burnt pizza and I was met with a dismissive and rude “you need to bring the pizza back and then we will replace it” no sir what I need to do is find another pizza place that respects there customers(Mr Sammy’s 699-1219) knows exactly how to treat customers ❤️

Visiting family down here from New Jersey and 10/10 would recommend. Pizza was better than even some places by my home up north. Come here if you’re missing a good pie if you’re from the NY/NJ area.

Home Delivery. Young lady that delivered was worth the price alone! On time, friendly, funny a real hoot. Oh yeah, the pizza was GREAT too! Will certainly order again. Not a critism, why no anchovies? Far superior wheel to the crap from Domino’s.
