Delicious food, fun atmosphere, and awesome staff! Walking in I was greeted by an incredibly friendly hostess and was seated right away. Being my first time visiting, the waitress walked me through some of the local favorites and when I was curious about the wings, she brought me some samples to try. The wings were delicious, especially with the gochujang sauce! She also recommended the Philly and it was incredibly tasty. The atmosphere is definitely that of a sports bar, but it didn’t have the usual loud volume of sports bars. Even if you aren’t into sports, I would recommend stopping by for the awesome food and great staff!

We had friends waiting for us when we arrived are waitress didn’t seem to know anything about that. I ordered chicken Alfredo. The chicken was slightly burnt and the Alfredo sauce tasted funny. My guest ordered the tenderloin is was ok. My other guest ordered the cob salad and he wasn’t impressed and lastly the chicken wrap was ordered with steamed veggies. The veggies were just peppers so that was disappointing. We got separate bills my guest paid for theirs but left a LARGE tip for the whole table. So I didn’t leave a tip as it was already taken care of. This morning on my bank statement i noticed the waitress took it upon herself to add a $15 tip to my bill! Without my consent. This is not a place i will not ever recommend. Their staff is not honest and its absolutely gross that this happened. Also their food was sub par at best. 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend!!!

Hannah was awesome! She was just chillin’ & told me all about the beers and even brought me samples to try. At ten bucks the thirsty Thursday street tacos hit the spot. Great place and I’m glad I stayed across the street to come here, hang out, get some work done and have a beer! What else can you ask for as a weary traveler?

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Faith, our waiter tonight, absolutely deserves one. From the moment we sat down, Faith made us feel genuinely welcome—warm smile, attentive without being intrusive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu.
She anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask—refilling drinks, checking in at just the right moments, and making excellent recommendations (which turned out to be spot on!). Her positive energy was infectious and made the whole dining experience feel effortless and enjoyable.
It’s rare to meet someone who clearly loves what they do, but Faith’s professionalism and passion for great service shone through the entire time. She turned what could’ve been just another meal into a truly memorable experience.
Faith is hands down the best waiter I’ve ever had. The restaurant is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the food, but for Faith’s amazing service.

Went for dinner here with my husband and sat at the outside bar. Brittany was our server and quickly took our drink orders. The drinks were top notch! We then asked her for food recommendations as we had never been here before and she told us about the stuffed mushrooms. They were really good! She also recommended the tacos ( my husband loved ) and I had the chicken wings! Everything was hot and yummy! The only thing I would say is it was super loud there that night because there was a band but other than that we really enjoyed our visit here. Will come back!

Had such a great time here! The food was awesome, but our server Klara really made the experience. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she actually cares about her customers — she checked in at the perfect times and gave great menu suggestions. Even when it got busy, she still had a smile on her face. Klara honestly made the night 10x better. Definitely coming back and asking for her next time!

My boyfriend and I went there last week and the food was great!! Our server klara was phenomenal. We had multiple questions about what we should get, or what were certain things and she helped us out incredibly. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We don’t usually like the social part of going out to eat because we are typically introverted. But she made sure we had a lovely dinner. Definitely recommend asking for Klara as a server!

We love B+I!! My husband and I have been regulars since we moved to Altoona in 2022. We love their food, it’s often hard to decide what to get because we have so many favorites! I am a sucker for their specialty cocktails and my husband likes the different beer options. We know some of the workers by first name and they always make us feel welcome. We had Ally tonight, she was awesome!

Came for Sunday lunch. Had chicken bacon ranch wrap with onion rings and hot honey chicken sandwich with fries. Would’ve given 5 stars, but the onion rings were not hot at all. They were tasty and crispy, but cool. Otherwise we really enjoyed our lunch. Server was great; very attentive and friendly!
