Stopped by on Labor Day on the way from Chattanooga to Atlanta, and this place was awesome! Pretty short stop off the interstate. I got the Brisket Plate with Hot Slaw and Mac & Cheese, and it was great! Brisket was super tender and flavorful, Hot Slaw was spicy (reminded me of chow-chow if you’ve ever had that), and the Mac was creamy! My GF got the Pulled Pork (also tender and great) and the baked beans (sweet and smoky). Plenty of food, was not able to finish it all. Tyler was very helpful, he brought our food out to our seats for us, while he also served the folks at the drive thru. Super nice guy, didn’t look open at first but he’s always there at the window! We will be stopping by on our next trip!

It’s drive through only and the place isn’t much to look at, but the brisket was some of the best I’ve ever had. It was moist, smoky, tender and delicious. The baked beans were excellent, although the coleslaw was a bit sweet for my taste. When I get back to the area I’ll go back for more!

Just stopped for a quick bite and had never been before. Normally I’m hard to impress with BBQ but this place SLAPPED. Got a baked potato with pork and demolished it. Absolutely amazing and would be willing to make the drive from chickamauga back up here

Bbq chicken sandwich was very good, tender, not dry (which is hard for a lot of food establishments). Its a messy good sandwich. The sweet tea was very good, not too sweet. Worth going to if you are in town.

We’re visiting from Colorado. I smoke meat for the family and I can honestly say I can not even come close to the brisket or the potato salad or the baked beans. And everyone who eats my brisket asks for more, every time. The meat portion is massive, jucy, tender and very flavorable. The baked beans and potato salad are the best I have ever had. I had the brisket plate and it could feed 2 people easily! I don’t know how he charges so little for so much food. This is drive thru takeout as there is no dining room but there are picnic tables you can use. We will be back and it’s on my list for favorite places to eat in Dalton, GA! The guy that runs it is very friendly and said if it’s not the best bbq you’ve ever had, let me know. He was right on the money! Looking forward to having the second half of the meal. Do yourself a favor and try this place!

Friendly and I love the potatoes stuffed with hot slaw. Brisket isn’t bad not what I’m used to but not bad. Just the right amount of smoke on the meats. Definitely recommend!

In town from VA for a softball tournament and stopped in for lunch. Absolutely incredible food that is some of the best I’ve had in a while (and we have good BBQ in VA). The ribs had a delicious dry rub and just fell off the bone. The potato salad was perfect with eggs and just the right amount of seasoning. The baked beans had a nice smoky flavor with roasted red peppers and little meat bits added too. Owner serving at the window couldn’t have been nicer.

This is drive thru and outside tables only but the food was awesome. We were visiting from Colorado and I can honestly say the pulled pork and the brisket were especially good. The sides were also amazing. I won’t hesitate to go back next time we are visiting!
