My husband and I dined here for the first time and had a great experience! Our server Tara was attentive and friendly. The ambiance here is incredible and definitely a great spot for a date night. The message and philosophy behind this place is what initially drew me in. Love that mostly everything is grown and raised here and if not it’s local.

We got the charcuterie plate, burger, duo of duck , Brussels sprouts and apple pie for dessert. Overall the food was great. The burger was extremely beefy and the beef tallow wedges are delicious. The duck felt a little one note. The breast piece was cooked perfectly but the confit was not as “fall off the bone” as I would have preferred plus not very warm. I was really excited for the charcuterie plate as they make everything there but it also fell a little flat. Also could do with about half the pickled vegetables, but we were also just 2 people. And of course the Troon beer is exceptional.

I would absolutely come back for one of their events but not sure how soon I will return for their standard menu. Still highly recommend checking them out for a special occasion!

Exceptional service in a calm and upscale atmosphere. The food is excellent. The waiters are always knowledgeable about which of their wines pair well with your meal. Also, they are extremely accommodating of allergies.

Beer, food, and service / hospitality all on point. Neat older farm home with lots of different rooms for quiet entertainment and farm fresh food; had the chicken schnitzel and tavern burger —best burger we’ve ever had (and we are from Iowa, just saying). We came initially for the Troon beer on draft which didn’t disappoint, but the food and atmosphere make this place an absolute gem. The staff are all polite; our server was very attentive and knew the food menu and beer selections very well making the visit unforgettable.

Update: Sept 2025 visited this time for dinner on a Friday same great service and food . So glad I entrusted them with delighting my family

I am now a fan ….kudos to the team .

PS espresso martini is a must have

Went there for Sunday brunch for the first time and was so impressed with the entire experience. There was not one thing that did not wow me. The food the service and the absolutely fire espresso martinis simply sublime . We were a large group and somewhat demanding and our server had just the right attitude to keep up with us .

All in all 5 stars

We visited for the craft ale and fresh-from-the-farm dishes, and our excitement was well rewarded. The team was incredibly warm, patient, and thoughtful—truly some of the kindest people we’ve met. They supported us through a challenging evening with our newborn and turned it into a moment we’ll always cherish.

I had the best burger I’ve ever eaten for brunch here and that’s saying something coming from the midwest. Phenomenal beef chicken and eggs and pork belly with real green beans. Honestly I came for the beer but the burger blew me away. Our server was awesome. We felt welcomed he was very attentive and went out of his way to make our first trip amazing. I wish we lived closer.

Food is always consistently delicious and creative. New menu (Nov 2025) really captures the hearty, fall vibes. We got the Coq Au Vin and the Cassoulet plus a few other sides (couldn’t resist), highly recommended.

The food here feels premium, with ingredients that taste fresh and thoughtfully sourced from local farms. The cost leans higher, yet the care, flavor, and freshness make it worth it. You can tell a lot of effort goes into each dish.

A very solid restaurant with high quality ingredients and really great draught beers. This is connected to Troon brewing and the beer list usually contains several past releases, which is some of the best beer in the United States. The food is very high quality, all fresh and locally sourced. The prices are on the high side, but it is very good, and very fresh.

Mid at best. Decor and ambiance were great, the service and food were not. Everything we ordered took a really long time to come out, even drinks. The pierogi with mushroom had an unpleasant shell that was too soft, and were sweet for some strange reason. The rest of the food was kind of bland and unseasoned, giving the impression of being baby food, with the exception of the salad that accompanied the steak frites. We had the carrot pie for dessert, which was also bland and baby food-esque. Everything was plated and presented beautifully, it just didn’t taste very good.
