The food was delicious. We had the brussle sprouts, 2 pizza pies, and a gluten-free pie. The gluten-free pie comes chicago style and can be done in the style of any of their specialty pizzas. I stuck with a classic pepperoni. It was delicious!!!

My girlfriend and I went to brick and dough and had a fantastic time. The staff was incredibly kind and professional and the food was outstanding. My best friend and I visited Brick + Dough for lunch and we genuinely enjoyed our time here. Best garlic knots we’ve ever had, they were fluffy, airy, not super garlicy and soft. The margarita pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza were very good they weren’t super black on the bottom like you’d find in many brick oven pizzas. Will come back!

Went specifically for an ‘amazing’ gluten free pizza and they did not disappoint. I ordered a gluten free, with dairy free cheese, half pepperoni and half plain w hot honey…it was so delicious. The crust was crusty, inside was soft, sauce was perfect and everything was so well balanced. Hot honey and pepperoni make a great combo! Definitely the best gf pizza and one of the best overall meals I’ve ever had.

We attended a private party here. We have some dietary restrictions (gluten-free, other allergies)- our server was incredibly attentive, making sure every dish was suitable and bringing out creative replacement options (when the one dish couldn’t be substituted for whatever reason). Because of our food issues, we are used to having to navigate around menus and make-do but this experience blew our minds! The gluten-free options were plentiful and delicious, especially the gf pizza. I almost cried out of happiness! Food and service were above and beyond. We will definitely be back.
