First opened in 2015 and reopening on April 1, 2026, Brick City Pizza brings back a hometown favorite founded by Arkansas native David M. Cole. Where to start? EVERYTHING was fantastic! Fresh ingredients with no skimping on toppings unlike ALL the other pizza buffets and it’s BRICK OVEN STYLE!! The salad bar has a big selection of great ingredients and no cheap iceberg here. No sir, nothing but romaine and some spinach as well. Even the dessert pizzas were great. You would think it would be at least ten bucks for this kind of quality food but was only $6.99!!! I will be back. In fact, I’ll probably take the ten minutes or so to get here every time I drive by on I-30. Definitely worth it!

I have eaten here once and will go back. I have no complaints about this pizza place or their pizza. Very good and plenty of toppings. Well worth the money. I have found my family’s new pizza spot! We love it!

This was the most rude service I have ever had. Was made a joke of by the so called manager because we asked for a pizza with no pork. We just don’t eat it. But when I confronted him he was very rude and walked off while I was talking to him. Asked for our money back so we could go somewhere else and he told me no that we could just leave. My family and I will never be back here again. Besides pizza hut has better pizza and a better staff.

I used to get my family dinner here at least once a week and I thought it was great….BUT the last two times I tried to call an order in well ahead of closing time, the jerk who answered the phone said he wasn’t busy enough to bother with it and was closing early so he wasn’t going to make my order. One of those times I had ordered and paid online and when I called to find out the status of my order is when he decided to let me know. We had been waiting for our pizza to be delivered any minute. The jerk didn’t even bother calling to advise me he wasn’t going to process my online order. NEVER AGAIN UNTIL YOU FIX THE STAFF/MANAGEMENT PROBLEM! It’s a shame too because I never spend less than $40 each time I order pizza…and my kids all love pizza so we have it more than I want to. If Brick City was the last pizza place left in town I would drive to Hot Springs and get my food there before Brick City ever gets my business again!

I asked for some alfredo sauce and they give me a bowl of curdeled cheese with grease on top of it. The ranch was very watery and it was very hot in their. Will not be coming back.
