Prices weren’t bad I don’t think anything we ordered was anything worth writing home about to be honest with you. Normal diner style food, the fsh was good. Unfortunately the lady who was checking us out had 0 customer service if you ask for anything made different than they normally do she rolled her eyes. So they definitely have some areas to work on in customer service.

This place is a hidden gem. I promise you you’ll never find it if you’re not looking for it. Their entrance is actuality what should be the back of the building. It looks very plain but once you walk through the door you’ll see that it’s very well designed. Plenty of room for a large group. It wasn’t very busy when we went and our food only took about 15 minutes to get to our table. The food was really good. My wife had the grilled chicken salad and she said it was really good. I had the special with a hotdog and a burger “made all the way” which I recommend. Their hotdogs aren’t my favorite but they are good. Prices are very reasonable.

Very good home cooked food. The staff are all like family. They greet you and smile when you speak to them. Excellent place to meet and eat!! Meatloaf Monday is the best 😉
Stopped in again yesterday March 8th, 2024. Excellent!! Grabbed the Hotdog/Hamburger with fries and Cheerwine. Better than homemade!
Chet had the Philly steak hoagie. He made it disappear! 🙂

Very nice small local restaurant. Nothing fancy burgers. Hot dogs, sandwiches and fish. We had the fish and chips and onion rings. Food came quick and was fresh and hot. Cod was lightly breaded and crispy. I think the put some kind of seasoning on it after its cooked. Had good flavor. Slaw was very creamy. Onion rings were real onions not diced onions. Down fall. Was served in a half of a to go box. Got a plastic fork and spoon but no knife. Would have been nice to be able to cut fish. Kids working were very polite and friendly. Will stop again.

Beer battered cod was good. Lima beans were excellent. Slaw was just like I like it, chopped fine and sweet. Fries seemed like simple frozen crinkle cut, nothing special. Tea was also good, not too sweet, seemed fresh and didn’t taste watered down. I’ll stop there again but probably try something different. The price was what you would expect for a fish plate, portions were generous.

We had a delicious grilled chicken breast. It was moist, tender and easy to cut up. Delicious pinto bean and pasta salad. They have lots of vegetables to choose from.

Unbelieveably great hot, home cooked food with friendly service. We had the daily special (beef tips with gravy, onions & peppers over rice. Sides were pinto beans, fried squash or fried okra with Texas toast). Reasonably priced.

Amazing food. We went on a Saturday night and they had live music. So cute. This place is delicious, fairly priced, and has that wonderful hometown feel. Double cheeseburger was delicious and onion rings and fried okra are PERFECT.

~We were looking for fried fish and decided on Smithfield but we always prefer local and small. We noticed Brick City and decided to give it a try. The establishment is cute and welcoming. Husband ordered the Philly and I had the country fried steak with a salad. The portions were excellent and the flavors were layered to perfection. SOMEBODY back there seasoning the food with experience‼️ Everything was balanced, not overbearing, very much flavorful. I am happy to have found this place and we will be back.
