My most recent visit was for their Brunch. It is available both Saturday and Sunday till 4 PM. That gives those who are late risers in the morning to still enjoy a Brunch on the weekend.

I started out with a Morning Martini which is, Espresso Vodka, Chocolate Liqueur and Irish Cream. It is shaken and served in an up Martini glass. It is smooth and refreshing.

For my food, I went with Avocado Toast and Brussels Sprouts. The Avocado Toast was not your typical smashed avocado and spread over toast. Here they toast Sourdough bread and the avocado is diced, along with an hard boiled egg and bacon. It made for an interesting sammie. It was flavorful, but was challenging to eat. Since all the items were diced, pieces would fall off when you took a bite. I had to keep assembling my sandwich.

To accompany my Avocado Toast, I ordered a side of Brussels Sprouts. The older I get, the more I appreciate this vegetable that I hated as a child. The sprouts were super crispy and tossed in a balsamic glaze. The two were a perfect pairing. It may not have been a traditional breakfast, but it hit the spot for me.

My second martini was a, Smoked Olive Martini. I choose Wheatley Vodka as my poison and enjoyed it Dirty. It was then garnished with, House Smoked Olives. It was an ultimate ending to my Sunday Brunch.

Be sure to follow B&B on FB. That way you will know daily promotions and savings. Especially, Steak & Frites Thursday and Whiskey Wednesday.

Great tasting food and portions were generous. Only negative is with the high ceilings, it got loud but that’s the same as most establishments today.

We stopped into Brick + Bramble in Edwardsville for their weekday Happy Hour (Tuesday–Friday, 2–5 PM), and it absolutely exceeded expectations.

They offer 5 small plates for $35, and it’s the perfect way to sample a little of everything. We tried the Truffle Parmesan Fries, Crispy Fried Cauliflower, Pork Potstickers, Queso & Chips, and the Crispy Brussels Sprouts—all delicious and well-seasoned. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh.

The cocktail menu is just as impressive. We loved The Bramble (vodka + blackberry + champagne magic), and I’m already planning a return trip for Tini Tuesdays, where they serve a curated martini menu all day for just $8. Don’t skip the Smoked Olive Martini—it’s bold, savory, and unlike anything I’ve had locally.

The atmosphere is elevated but still casual, with stylish decor, open space, and friendly service. It’s perfect for date night, happy hour with friends, or even solo at the bar.

I got a breakfast burger with an “over easy” egg. The egg was completely overcooked. The burger was so dry and there was no sauce anywhere. My partner got a frittata which is just a fancy word for omelette and it was extremely dry as well. The only good part of the meal was the truffle fries (not reason enough to return). The drinks were good at least. All in all not worth the amount of money it costs. Also you are basically rubbing elbows with the customers next to you.

I am so happy I found this place. The cocktails and food are amazing. It is all carefully curated for the best dining experience. CJ was so attentive to our every need and made my husband’s birthday meal extra special. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

This quite possibly be the worst dining experience of my life.
Marine corps chow was better.
Our food was brought out burnt and cold.
I say this because our steak was burnt and was covered with chese to hide it but there was no hiding the char taste.
Our chicken dinners with pasta was cold.
My burger was supposed to be medium it was well done and cold.
No juice jus cold.
She didnt eat her entree.
By this time our poor waitress was in tears as this was the 4th table that has compliance.
And on top of it they addetto 20per cent large party charge.
Worst 82 dollar burger Ive ever had.
This place IS NOT GOOD!

We used Brick + Bramble catering for our work holiday party, and everything was fantastic. Alex and his team were a pleasure to work with — ordering was simple, delivery and setup were seamless, and the food was outstanding. Everyone was talking about how good it was, including our notoriously picky eaters. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be booking again.

Had a lovely brunch there with my wife. The atmosphere is wonderful for a date night or a group outing. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, I had a wonderful time talking to them when they stopped by. The food was good, I would argue some of it was a little tasteless for the price but overall I was happy. The best deal was the breakfast burrito, which is a weird statement to make in a classy restaurant. The lobster Benedict was okay, though the hollandaise sauce was a bit bland. The risotto was mediocre, but I lived in Italy for a few years so I have a high bar to impress. Overall I would be willing to give it another chance.

It was my husband Birthday weekend and we decided to try a place we never had before. The parmesan fries where delicious. The drinks where strong but taste horrible. I ordered chicken tacos it was disgusting could not eat them. We ordered the spicy sausage and goat cheese flat bread and same inedible. The fire cracker shrimp taste like fish sticks. The atmosphere was nice and waitress was great. But they need a new cook in the kitchen.
