Brick & Barrel Kitchen & Bar is such a solid spot in Lincoln. The atmosphere is the perfect mix of relaxed but elevated great for date night, girls night, or even just a casual dinner.
The food is consistently fresh and flavorful (their burgers and shareables are so good), and the cocktails are well made without being overly sweet. You can tell they care about quality.
Service has always been friendly and attentive without feeling rushed, which I really appreciate. It’s one of those places you can actually sit, enjoy your meal, and have a conversation.
Definitely recommend if you’re local or passing through Lincoln!

This is the best place to hang out and grab a drink and bite to eat after a long day at work. The food is amazing and also made with the best quality ingredients! Shout out to the chefs, specifically Alyssa, for creating the best meals that are always delicious. We have gone a few times while Alyssa has been working and her meals always exceed our expectations. Can not recommend this place enough!

Checked this place out while we were in the area and really enjoyed it! The Cali Club and Not Yo Tots hit the spot. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was chill and welcoming—perfect for grabbing drinks or hanging out for a meal. Definitely a place I’ll be back to!

I recommend coming to Brick & Barrel and trying out there food. I usually come for their pizza and wings witch are amazing but I step out the box and tried their pulled pork tacos, meatball sandwich and bbq pork tacos. All were amazing and packed with flavor. Definitely a must try spot you won’t be disappointed.

Brick & Barrel Kitchen and Bar is located in the Jointer parkway center. On the outside, you’ll see a brick-and-mortar building with an enclosed fence. The inside is spacious and open, with bar seating and tall tables. There is a large, enclosed patio with additional seating and fire pits. They specialize in pizza and beer on tap. This is a great date spot, since they offer several fun events during the week. Such as, trivia night on Thursday at 6:00 p.m., karaoke on Tuesday from 8:00 p.m. to close, brunch on Saturday and happy hour is Monday through Friday from 2 to 6 pm. The BBQ pizza was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I would recommend this establishment open up the patio area during business hours, with weather permitting, for customers that would like to get away from the TVs and noise. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY.

We attended a seminar held at Brick & Barrel Kitchen + Bar in Lincoln, where dinner was supposed to be served and paid for by the event organizer. My partner and I ordered two sandwiches and one salad.
After the seminar ended, the restaurant staff began serving food, but the service was unbelievably slow and disorganized. We waited over one full hour and never received all our food.
After about 25 minutes, they brought only the salad. Another 30 minutes later, they brought just one sandwich. When we repeatedly asked about the second sandwich, we were told “it’s coming” several times. After another long wait, we were finally told they could not bring the remaining food at all.
Even the seminar organizer complained to the restaurant, and the response was that we would need to wait another 20–30 minutes no matter what. When we asked if they could bring any food that was already ready, they said it made no difference—we still had to wait.
At that point, we had no choice but to leave hungry and extremely frustrated, after wasting a significant amount of our time.
This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. If you value your time—especially if you are attending an event or seminar—I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Can’t say how much I love this place! Their food is delicious and well balanced with flavors. I’ve had their rodeo BBQ pizza which is fun because it has onion rings on it.
My absolute favorite item though is the caprese sandwhich with a side salad, its so good that I never get a picture of it because I eat it as soon as I get it. I do like adding my own basil to it though, because it’s even better that way.
I did try the Cali Club which the chicken was perfectly cooked, you get super melt cheese, with creamy avocado, crunchy crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and cold tomatoes, all on a PRETZEL bun no less. It is so good.
Plus they have beer and they have bar items to order mixed drinks, the staff is awesome and super friendly.
Highly recommend!!!
