Came here on a Saturday morning in downtown Winter Park. This is a more upscale area. And it seemed as if we can during peak time…the wait was less than a 20 min wait. It was very crowded and they were able to squeeze us in about 10 mins after we showed up and stood in line.

Breakfast was amazing! The food was delicious. Honestly, everything we ordered tasted beyond great. The server was sweet but sometimes not where you needed her when you needed her. My biggest complaint is that the table wasn’t big enough. We ordered lots of food and constantly ran out of space. Nobody offered to push another table together with ours and when you have a child under 2 with you table space is a requirement.

Briarpatch is a must try . The staff is incredible friendly, attentive, and not overbearing. Food was incredible: we had the cremini mushroom sandwich, raspberry and Brie French toast, and deluxe avocado toast. Each dish had its own little surprise such as the deluxe avocado toast having a hint of mint which completely elevated the dish. Additionally, we had homemade lattes (mine with caramel flavor which was perfect and not too sweet) and the Rise and Shine. Highly recommend

What a GREAT experience! Our party of 6 visited the restaurant on 5/28/23 for brunch, and despite the long waiting line, we only had to wait for around 20 minutes. Once seated, we found our table well-located right at the entrance, with enough seating for all of us.

Wow. Visiting from out of town and Briarpatch just knocked breakfast out of the park. I got the Southwest omelette and my wife got the brie french toast. Both were phenomenal. Natalie was our server and was a rockstar. Very kind, knowledgeable and efficient.
